The only part of this move that I can say was good was the crew loading and unloading the truck. After we received an initial quote and date from Frank Will he asked us to move the date forward, to make is easier for them but failed to mention that that would mean additional storage costs for us. He also refused to honour most of the CAA discount that was advertised on both their web site and the CAA site. The packers showed up and hour and a half late both days. The unpackers didn't show up at all. It took 6 weeks and multiple phone calls (most of which were not returned) to get reimbursed for the unpacking fees. I can only recommend to run, not walk, away from of this company.

Everyone I interacted with, from the first phone call to the last email, were professional, knowledgeable and very considerate. Quite possibly the best moving crew in the world! I have moved a number of times and I have a lot of stuff, some heavy items too and I have never seen movers so well organized, work so hard so fast and remain kind and pleasant throughout the whole day. And not one damaged thing! Jamie and Chris are truly remarkable people with their ability and work ethic providing a level of service that was truly exceptional.

This moving company is the best of all, their service is amazing, the people who works there is super professional. Beyond my expectations.

AMJ is a 3rd party contractor for Costco. I bought a bed and selected white glove and haul away service. When this service is selected, AMJ is used. The guys showed up 1 hour early. I did not have my old bed stripped or ready to be hauled away. The guys refused to take my mattress away because it was not in a bag. I did not read that requirement in Costco’s fine print for this service. How many people have mattress bags laying around their house? The 2 guys were very pleasant to deal with but I was very disappointed that they did not have a mattress bag on their truck. You would think they would considering it is a requirement of theirs.

AMJ Campbell ended up being the choice we used to move from Peterborough to the Ottawa Area. We made the decision based on reviews we read and they had the most reasonable price given the distance and expected amount of work.They sent 3 workers in a 26 foot truck. Who arrived right in the middle of the arrival window we were given.The three workers Dylan, Nathan, and Zack, were exceptional. Going in we were nervous, having others handle essentially our entire lives, but they did an excellent job of making us comfortable. Friendly, professional, but still able to joke around, they got right to work and quickly had all of our stuff loaded well before the estimated time, to the point our 2 day move was done in 1 day, and faster than was quoted. Nothing was damaged, they took exceptional care of making sure everything was padded and wrapped securely. Anything which had a ding, dent, or issue they made sure to let us know, but all of which was done beforehand. I respect the honesty to still make us aware, and I'm truly thankful for their work. I kept offering them breaks and water but the true professionals they were only took a 5 minute break in grueling heat and humidity.I will be using this company for any and all moves, requesting the same team if possible, and will recommend them to any and all friends or family.

So far so good with getting everything ready for my move - free boxes never hurt and really appreciated the communication with my move person. Will update after the move is completed *fingers crossed everything goes well*

We were thrilled with the service and professionalism of the moving crew. We moved twice this year and used them both times. They helped make the moving fun which would normally be extremely stressful. We highly recommend them and would reach out to them again in the future. Have told all our friends and family what great service we got. Well done guys. Two thumbs up.

This is my third consecutive move using AMJ Campbells and each time have been totally pleased with the service. The packers were fabulous and friendly and the gentlemen who loaded and unloaded in my new home also were exceptional. I highly recommend this moving company as they are so professional and easy to work with. From start to finish I couldn't ask for better!
