The Clinic at Christie

I got serious neck pain and went to see Kirk Philipps. I only booked one hour’s therapy but it’s improved a lot. Two days later my pain and tight muscle are all relieved.

I really can't say enough wonderful things about Victoria!I recently turned 40, and although I like to think I am in decent shape, I had to visit the ER for a very serious back issue that suddenly arose via shovelling snow and reacting to my 1 year old slipping on the stairs. Over the past 6 weeks I have received fantastic care from Victoria.What I love: she's incredibly knowledgeable and very important to me, fact/research based. She understands my day-to-day, with two small kids under 3 I have be able to function as a dad with less than ideal form/situations, and she listens to what my goals are and pushes me with plans that make sense.Shes taken into consideration my past ACL tear, and has provided me with some fantastic advice on functional exercises for both my back and ACL that been so impactful.I could not reccomend her more!

Excellent care from the Sports Med Dr. to physio, chiro and massage. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable in their field. The space is clean and bright - the aqua treadmill + gym are excellent. Thx Clinic on Christie- all healed up!!

This place is fantastic! Amazing location, clean, super friendly receptionists. I did my physio for a torn Achilles with Victoria Borbelly. She is extremely patient, thorough, attentive, and really cares about what she does. I recommend The Clinic on Christie wholeheartedly!

! have been going to the Clinic at Christie since the end of September after a motorcycle accident that left me with a rather catastrophic foot injury. I am a runner and artist and my physiotherapist, Beth, sorted me out immediately with a great exercise program and along with twice weekly appointments with Beth as well as alternate weekly appointments with a massage therapist, Holly, i am now walking and am hopeful to be back running by the spring. The Clinic's equipment, specifically a water tank with it's integrated treadmill, has been extraordinary and I feel confident about my spring running hopes. I am also pleased that they have me back working in my studio and going for regular morning walks. I feel in great hands and their location, for me, could not be better. The clinic is amazingly well kept and up to date. Even the counter staff always seem to be very positive and everyone is very aware of the need to mask up these days. A very encouraging place to come to.

Been going to the clinic since August. I've had the pleasure of having Holly and Christine for RMT and both have been great. I also cannot be more grateful that the clinic brought in a family doctor. Doctor Kalra has been so helpful and informative when listening to my concerns. I know these days it is hard to find a family doctor but I do believe the clinic sometimes overbooks the doctor as multiple appointments I have been waiting for at least 20 minutes past my appointment. It is what it is but some days it can be frustrating. The only downside of this place is how loud it can get...the walls aren't sound proof and if I'm correct the walls don't completely go to the ceiling this is frustrating because during massages you can constantly here doors opening, phone ringing and etc which is not enjoyable during a massage and because there is now a family doctor there are children who come into the clinic often and during my most recent massage unfortunately there was a child crying/yelling for almost my whole massage, I understand this is out of the clinics control but it is not my cup of tea which is why I stopped getting massages there. Otherwise this place is great and has everything you need in regards to physio, chiro etc

Beth is an excellent Physio. She is a great listener and took time to understand what the issue was. She uses a variety of methods in her practice and is well equipped to provide support. She really understood my body. I would highly recommend her.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the clinic and receiving treatment from both Beth the physiotherapist and Victor the massage therapist. Both professionals were incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in their respective fields.Beth took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and provided me with a personalized treatment plan that was specifically tailored to my needs. She was patient and attentive, always making sure that I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire process.Victor's deep tissue massage was absolutely incredible. He has a gentle touch that is both therapeutic and relaxing, and I could feel the knots in my muscles melting away. I left the clinic feeling completely rejuvenated and looking forward to my next appointment.Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this clinic and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of quality physiotherapy or massage therapy services. The staff is friendly and professional, and the treatments are top-notch. I couldn't be happier with the results!I will definitely be returning for future appointments.

I have worked with a Victoria Borbely at the Clinic at Christie on an injury for a few weeks now. My experience has been great. The Clinic is very accessible using public transit and the space is great, allowing me to work while waiting to see my therapist. Making bookings has been easy both online and at the Clinic and the staff I have interacted with have been very professional and helpful. I have made a lot of progress thanks to the great work by Victoria Borbely. I can now undertake many of my normal activities with little pain, and even more importantly, I am back to my sporting activities. Beyond the results, it is the process and Victoria’s methods that have impressed me the most. At the beginning she took a lot of time to evaluate my injury and set out clear goals- getting me to undertake my normal activities pain-free and to return to my sporting activities. She takes the time to talk me through the process, explains things in a way that I can understand and that motivates me follow the steps we set out, and sends detailed emails on exercises that I can refer to when I forget her instructions. In addition to generic exercises to deal with my type of injury, she suggests some that are specifically meant to help me get back to and safely do my specific sporting activity. Victoria has been a great listener. I greatly appreciate the fact that she has been very responsive to my feedback on exercises, varying and changing them to ensure greater effectiveness and lesser pain.

I was involved in a car accident over a year ago and I am so happy that I came to the Clinic at Christie. The entire staff is wonderful and helpful.A special thanks to my physiotherapist Victoria who is nothing short of exceptional. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, professional and personable. She is always upto date with the latest types of treatment and procedures. I never feel rushed and Victoria always makes time for questions or concerns.I am always happy to go into the Clinic at Christie and receive treatment.Thanks for all your help with my road to recovery Victoria!
