Approval Team Canada - Under New Management
Sale of the car was excellent. Muhammad was awesome. However I've had the car for 4 months and to get a repair they want me to wait 6 days. I cannot drive the car because one of the doors won't close. It's a run around to speak with an actual person. They will email you, after to call and leave messages within 24-48 hours. I need my car repaired ASAP. Con, none of their affiliated repair shops are in Toronto it only seems to be in Mississauga and I live in Scarborough. My suggestion is for Approval Team to become affiliated with shops in Toronto so customers further away will also benefit.

I got my second car from Approval Team. Honestly my experience has been great! Mounir was able to help me get the car I wanted. He made sure he explained everything to me very well. He was honest, and he was very professional!!! After receiving my car he followed up to see if I had anymore questions regarding the vehicle. Anyone who is looking for a car, you need to see the Approval team! By the way the first car I had for 5 years, I never had any problems with the car. So you need to go see the Approval team! I wanted to trade in my Hyundai 2017 and I had an opportunity to work with Linnie she was so patient in getting what I wanted at first I wanted to change my mind but she has the best customer service in any car dealership Hv know I traded my Hyundai for a Lexus 300 2020 with the best mileage lower than I thought thanks you approval team thank you Linnie I immediately referred my friend to her and would he sending more people

Where do I begin with what Natasha has done for me. She has been amazing from the very start. She was so patient with me going through several vehicles with me until I found the right one. My Father passed away and the vehicle I was driving was his previously and Natasha was very supportive with regards to my situation. She made sure I got the best deal possible with the best price for my situation. She moved mountains with the bank for me and I couldn’t be happier with my VW Tiguan.
