Very Rude. Placed a mobile order at 6:30am, asked for a double cup as I have a long drive to YYC airport and the chubby girl with long blonde hair in the drive through literally almost broke her neck from shaking her head when I asked again for the extra cup after giving me a sleeve the first time. Corporate don’t care about you honey. For the price of a coffee nowadays an extra cup shouldn’t be such a hassle, order takers shouldn’t act like it’s coming out of their pay.

Extemely sloppy service by the youngsters working at this location. Our ice cap was very messy, the cap on the hot tea cup was loose which almost caused a spill on my lap and the egg sandwich was horrendously prepared. Please hire competent people at this location

Overall quality of drink and food was pretty standard, but atmosphere (service, vibe, cleanliness) was above any Tims I've ever been to.

Breakfast sandwich had way too much sauce and tasted bad and the staff was not friendly. The one down the road is 100 times better

Better than the one on the east side of town..but neither of them carry the harvest" products even though it's on the menu. Innisfail carries it. Why don't these ones? Because the owners are lazy is my guess. Regardless

I got an everything bagel toasted with plain cream cheese , and my bagel barely had any cream cheese on it. Not impressed. Spent a fair bit of money on my order not to mention.

If I could give less then 1 star I would. This rating does not reflect the service I received from the staff as they are great. This is about product or lack there of. 6:45 AM and they do not have their yogurt. Now I'm usually pretty chill when it comes to these things however today was the last straw. They don't seem to have anything like the use to. Banana Pecan muffins, oatmeal raisin cookies, raspberry and or strawberry filled donuts and what happened to the ham seletion when it comes to breakfast. To me these items are staple items for Tim Hortons. What has happened?
