Very competent staffThe management team is insanely kind i dealt with the manager for used vehicles and that service was exceptional!Even the desk for parts has one of the kindest people i ever dealt with. Helpful, fast, competent and extremely knowledgeable .

Purchased a 2019 used wrx 1st week of March 2023. Very good pre-sale service, understandable hiccups during delivery (anyone buying a car in Feb/March in Quebec knows the trouble everyone has with the saaq) . However after sale service is severely lacking. Dealership did not provide the key to remove wheel/rims locks. Tried for 1 + week plus to get this resolved (2 unanswered emails to the delivery employee, unanswered voice-mail and text to sales rep, only got one human on the phone from service dept. To essentially be told not my problem

Great service, always greeting you with a smile. Even among eachother the Subaru team is super friendly. The prices are reasonable and they give you an honest opinion. They don't try to screw you over. The repair team is extremely professional and competent. It's one of the best dealerships you will ever visit. Plus Subaru is an amazingly reliable and performant brand of vehicles of all sizes. With our winter weather they are the safest, most functional and fun rides you will ever drive.Thank you Subaru

Start was great. In the middle of the deal I got promise to get a call back from my vendor but, never heard from him. They are not serious about their promises.

1st experience: I went to change my tires and even after the job was done I had to wait 30min extra for nothing. The Subaru Laval is very disorganized, not efficient and inside you do not have comfortable chairs and desks to accommodate client waiting at the dealership. I remember when I used to be with Honda, it was totally different. At Honda, they had separate seating with comfortable chairs, they also had tables for computers with plugs, it was spacious and relaxing. In contrary, at Subaru Laval, it was very small, not comfortable and staff was not efficient. Anecdote from the past, I was looking for a Subaru car and their staff was such a joke and so unprofessional that I ended up going to Subary Des Sources and bought from them. Best Subaru Dealership with great staff and much more spacious. If you need a Subaru, go to Des Sources and ask for Katalina, she is amazing. You will also end up with a great price. What I couldn't get at Subaru Laval, I got it with a better deal at Subaru Des Sources. Think about it before going to Subaru Laval! For me it is really about the distance so I tried it for the first time but they do the bare minimum at the Laval's dealership. I asked to change my tires and if they could check my oil level but they only change the tires and didn't check anything. Very cheap service. Anyway, I am not an expert but if you do the math, if you need huge repairs, don't go to this dealership. Hope it will help you guys.2nd experience: I went today 22Sep2022 for a change of tire and motor oil change and I was nicely surprised by the warm welcome, how clean it was and how well my experience was. Because of that I raised my review to 4/5. Staff and service was very good. I only reduce 1 point because of the time. It was taking a bit longer than what I expected assuming that the dealer was almost empty. Great experience!!!

I was interested in a VW Golf that was for sale at this dealership and made my inquiry and received a response from Sonia Catharina. She asked if I was interested in a test drive. I informed her I was 2 hrs away in Ottawa and would like some detailed information on the vehicle before making the journey. I asked about the body condition as VWs tend to rust and mechanical work needed. She responded with when can you test drive the car.Again, not helpful to me. Read my request and provide a cognitive response or not. I asked again and was asked when I could or would see the car. Obviously she did not care about my genuine inquiries and just brushed me off. I was no longer interested in the car and do not recommend buying from these non caring people. You get 1 star as I am un able to score a zero 0000000000000
