I was there earlier today to pick up my 5.5 sneaker but it doesn’t fit so I asked for size 5. After 5 mins of waiting this girl came back with EXACT SAME PAIR OF SHOES I just returned. I asked 5 and she told me it’s been sold 1 hour ago, yet in the meanwhile another sales is bringing a pair of 5 to another customer. So basically lies just come up naturally I guess. And then I asked for a pair of 5 in black, another pair of 5.5 is coming to my face. I played the game, I called and I came at promised time. Guess what, you can still miss your shoes because some bad eye sight bs

Usually when I go into Artiza all the workers are so rude and judgemental especially about the clothes you pick out and the sizes. BUT today when I went in I met the two kindest employees. One of them that really stood out was Nathaniel. He was so kind and humble it was refreshing! He is by far the best retail employee I have ever met, and most importantly he made my day :)

Nice store layout and ambiance, not that many items but it looks well organized. Some stuff is pricey but a lot of the material is good quality. They have some beach hats right now and a bunch of crop top styles. Lots of stretchy pants near the back, as well as some other accessories.

This store and even the quality for the price isn’t that great. I bought a hoodie for over $100 yet the material sucks and the employees here are not helpful at all. They give you 10 days to return something if you exceed one day you’re out of luck. clearly the ceo of Aritzia is money hungry.

I had such a great experience shopping at Aritzia! I have been a customer at Aritzia for many years and this was one of my best experiences in store! Toni was the BEST sales associate I have ever had. She made mine and my families experience great and made some great suggestions in terms of clothing. Will definitely go back!

Had an awesome experience shopping for bridesmaids dresses thanks to Rashin!! She was so helpful and accommodating. I called the store earlier in the day to check if they had all the dresses we were looking for, and she set them aside in our sizes! Excellent customer service ❤️

My friend tried to try on a coat and the employee rushed over and asked to start a fitting room. I said no because she was just trying on a jacket. She insisted and tried to take it from her. Very pushy so we ended up just thanking her and leaving. Store was very clean and aesthetically pleasing though

Best shopping experience at this store all because of Jasmina! I will definitely be coming back because of her. She was friendly and knowledgeable about the coat I was purchasing but she was not pushy which I really appreciated. Amazing customer service!!! I don't normally write reviews about retail stores but I had to because of Jasmina. If you need a styling specialist definitely ask for her!

As shopping is definitely not my forte, I really appreciate any help I can get when styling myself for an upcoming interview. Jasmina quickly greeted me and knew exactly the questions to ask to figure out my style, and what pieces would suit me best. She is a genuine, friendly, and helpful stylist, and you can really tell she loves what she does! She made my experience at Aritzia super easy, and now I will look extra sharp in my new clothes. Never shopping here ever again. My friend was looking to get a few pieces from here and needed help measuring her pant size since the sizes vary depending on the store and when I went to go ask the staff, all of them gave me dirty looks and started laughing at my face. And then once we were in the changing area, not once did the staff there acknowledge that we were both waiting for a fitting room. Staff is raci*t. we were the only two POC there at the time and there was so much discrimination. Worst staff ever. Need to do better
