used the mcdonalds app to have a meal delivered over a month ago. they charged me and over a month later and several phone calls nothing has been done. basically thieving my entire order amount stealing about $25.

THIS MCDONALD'S RIP PEOPLE OFFAbout a month ago I ordered a large mango Pineapple smoothie and received a mango coconut smoothie. Called and spoke to a Manger she said she would put my name in the book to replace what I ordered. Tonight went there mentioned to the person on the speaker about my free smoothie. After a couple of minutes they asked me to drive up to the window and a manager was there. She proceeded to inform me that my name was not in the book and will not replace the mistake. Even knowing that there was a mix up about a month ago she will not replace it. She stated she can't replace it if it's not in the book but I can order another smoothie and pay for it. I said no as I now feel like I'm being ripped off from a mistake that is not even my fault. Will not be going back to this McDonald's again. Years ago this happened to me about a full meal. This place has now ripped me off twice. Will not be going back and why I feel the need now to say something. Will be contacting head office tomorrow about this.

Actually the worst place ive ever dealt with, they forget part of the order almost every single time, and the final straw for my negative review is finding a piece of sharp bone/cartilage in one of my nuggets, almost slashed my mouth up with it but chipped a tooth instead.

Do not do curb side. They will prioritize the drive thru and inside dining before they prioritize curb side. Ended up waiting 20 minutes when the drive thru had barely any vehicles in it so ended up turning my car on and getting my food thru the drive thru instead.

1 am the place was very busy and I ended up waiting at the drive through window for exactly 2 min 14 seconds with my milkshake sitting right there at the window. I pointed to the milkshake In hopes the server would pass it to me, but he gave me a dirty look and walked away. I can only assume it was a show of power. When he came back a second time I pointed again and this time he just ignored me. I didn't do anything. Third time a charm. He walked over acted like he didn't see me and looked at the milkshake and handed it to me

Horrible!!!!! I am so disappointed again. I am done with McDonalds they don’t know how to make coffee anymore. Ever since we have been flooded with a sort of immigrant that I will not name, the way I’m served coffee is so disappointing everytime now. This evening I am headed to my son’s soccer game so I quickly stopped in for a coffee because I did not have time to make one at home. When I ordered my coffee I specifically mentioned to make sure my coffee is HOT. At the pick up window again I mentioned to make sure it’s HOT. The guy was trying to be smart with me and said the coffee is always hot in drive thru. What a joke…. I am always returning my coffee for not being remotely hot. Tonight was extreme. I was served my coffee cold and to add to the situation the lid wasn’t even on and it spilled all over my car. My husband even mentioned your coffee is more like ice. Horrible horrible horrible. Did I mention that they don’t even know how to make a double double anymore. I swear most of the time the coffee is milk water….GROSS. Get your act together. When a customer orders a coffee they want it hot. That’s the whole point of going out for coffee. You just ruined my pleasure and experience. Honestly you just totally SUCH!!!

Consistent and great service! The night manager (don’t know his name unfortunately) but lately he’s been running the second window, and he’s just great!! Speedy, nice, and just fantastic service, really impressed.

Ordered a junior chicken, wrap and a coffee. Coffee and wrap was ok but this is the 3rd time in a row getting my burger like this, just want to know from Mcdonalds if this is the new way they serve there food pls let me know thanks
