I needed a new kitchen tap installed which I purchased at Home Depot. They recommended I contact 4 Seasons. I was extremely impressed with their service from my initial call answered by their friendly receptionist, to speaking with the kind owner, Edithe and to the excellent, professional installation by their plumber, Jay.Edithe was able to arrange an appointment for the following morning. Jay arrived the following morning as promised and his professional manner and expertise was greatly appreciated!It is so nice to be able to support a local, family run business who values great customer service and support. Thank you Jay for your great work, knowledge, tidying up and friendly manner. I’m so enjoying being able to use my kitchen again!My contact with this company was a very positive experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again.

Ownership of this company is only concerned with making a profit. I was charged twice for the same service call for the same issue because it wasn't corrected the 1st time. I tried to discuss the additional charge with the staff but was met with nothing but resistance and was treated rudely. I will never call this company again for service of any kind and don't recommend them to anyone!!! A business relies on its customers to survive. 4 Seasons doesn't care about the customer. Do NOT use this company for your HVAC needs as they are crooks!

4 Seasons is family run and takes the time to talk to you over the phone to see if it is something simple. If not, then they send someone out and charge accordingly. I find that fair.

Need service for our old free standing stove type natural gas fireplace in the basement. Can't start anymore. Customer service staffs are v nice & polite. Appt was relatively quick. NATHAN is nice & willing to answer all concerns. Ignition/ Thermopolis unit was replaced. Everything is working well again. Price is reasonable.

TERRIBLE!After installing a $4000 AC my heat wasn’t coming on. So they sent the tech over (nice guy) to literally reset the unit. The tech said he wouldn’t have charged me but some lady at the office insisted I be charged $134. Unbelievable! I’m hurt beyond words.

I am very happy with the work they did. They left everything clean and tidy when they left. I was at first apprehensive to use them, as I had seen a recent review with pictures of some workmanship that was not the best. I spoke to Edith and she guaranteed me that they stand behind their work and will correct anything that is not up to par. I thought I would give them a go, as Edith seemed very genuine, and am I ever glad I did. There was one very minor issue, and true to their word, 4seasons came right out and corrected. When I have plumbing / heating work in future, I will be giving 4seasons a call. (The pluming configuration in picture was the way I requested and wanted it, also got other work done too. Everything done great!!)

Worst service I ever hired through Home Depot, left with the job unfinished, took advantage of my wife not knowing much about the service been provided, not to mention the mess that they left behind and the childlike plumbing service. Looks like a kid used a bunch of play dough to put pipes together and hope for the best. Just horrible, if I could I’d give them no stars at all, actually id’d take starts away if I could

I'm pretty happy with the work they did. They did a great job, everything was tidy. The representatives were really polite.

We had this company install a new high efficient furnace. The install had a few bumps but it all worked out in the end. The installers were great and so was the individual that came and did the estimate. The owner helped us with an issue we had a few years later regarding the replacement of the filters. The issue we had was... We had to travel across the city to purchase the filter. However, when we go to the store front they closed early. A huge inconvenience. I spoke to a staff member that really didn't help other than blame me for it. The owner then got involved and called me. She was amazing. Kind and caring. She helped us get the furnace filter delivered to our home with very little extr cost to us.I would recommend them for a high efficient furnace install. But just make sure to purchase extra filters. Save yourself a headache if you live far away from the store.

I had horrible experience with this horrible company. 1) their warranty doesn’t cover labour when most other companies do.2) their garbage machine broke after only 4 years and I would have to pay at least 1k for labour to get it fixed.3) they sent a technician out that wasted my time and was not able to fix anything or even diagnose the problem and had the audacity to ask me for $3004) we brought another guy from another company he figured out in 10 mins that the problem Is short circuit in a switch that caused the transformer of our Furness to burn as well as the A/C compressor.5) Edith said she’s not going to help us get a new compressor under warranty because we didn’t wanna pay her guy for doing absolutely nothing.
