I typically love my DQ but as my home location was under repair, I drove up to the one by 152/hwy 10. If I could rate 0 I would have. First there was no one attending to cash. We were the only customers and waited till someone came out. The potato skins were horrible, and I had to go grab a fork for my granddaughters poutine. Again no one was there, I waited then called hello. No one came, waited again and called hello louder. Finally got help. Very disappointed with the service/food at this location. Spent 20 for my granddaughter to eat hers while mine was trashed. Won't return. Will drive to Langley next time

So apparently it's the customers fault when one of the two bathrooms are out of service, and your not allowed to use the second bathroom. Manager was very rude about it.

If i can rate this store zero! Inquire in advance, ordered in advance. Told them ice cream cake will be eaten at the store but was give almost nothing. No plate, even a sturdy knife to cut the ice cream cake! They gave me a plastic knife but when i try to slice the ice cream cake, all the plastic knives got broken!!!! This is ridiculous!!!

Got medium Summer Berry Blizzard and not even quarter way through it and barely any mix. This is not my first time having this issue. Dont think ill be going to this location again.Update::Nov 29/19Decided to give them another chance, and nope they did it again. so i will NOT be going to this location ever again

I love their ice creams but this time I decide to try the burgers. Pretty average I would prefer softer bun on burger but can’t really complain if you ever tried Tim Horton’s garbage sandwich.

either please ask your customer to stay or deliver whole order together.I went DT order 6 part of my fav DQ, I got a bag and girl shut the window without any conversation, I assume evrything in the bag as i trust DQ did not check when i saw at home it was only 2 banana spilit, I called back and came to know they were preparing rest of in the mean time i drove. I went back to grab rest of order, the girl which hide somewhereelse and send the another one who i guess the best employee there she knows how to talk and having expert customer skills, but i felt you should come forward and explain the situation. Anyhow m not coming back ever.

Have been eating at Dairy Queen for a long time now and this visit will be our last.We arrived at Dairy Queen to pick up some lunch using store credit which we were given for cancelling an order of a birthday cake. While at the speaker, we ordered a 4 piece chicken strip basket, a double grill burger combo with a blizzard instead of a drink, and an artisan chicken sandwich combo with a pepsi. I made sure to specify that the grill burger was to have only ketchup cheese and pickles to which the employee responded we don't put mustard on it" or words to that effect.When we arrived at the window we were asked to confirm something on our order

Got the vanilla shake. Can't complain, tasted like a regular DQ vanilla shake and was exactly what I needed on such a hot day!
