On 22 June, 2022 we had a new front door with single side light and screen door installed by Aaron and his fellow installer.These two fellows were very professional in how they completed this installation. During the install, Aaron pointed out some of the design features of the new door and threshold. As well, the interior trim work and exterior caulking application were done with extreme care. This is a high traffic, high visibility part of our home so we appreciated the attention to detail.Prior to leaving, all construction debris was cleaned up and the new doors and glass panels given a cleaning.Adjustments of the threshold, should they be needed, were also explained.We are very happy with the job done!!

A number of the reviews here report brutal customer service. I couldn't agree more.10 years in, the plastic windows that were windows late and mismatched to start with are well past needing replacement.The issues I had at the beginning with the windows were just dismissed by the sales team.Do not buy from these people

BRUTAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, WOW!!! I called for a quote, I even called a few days before to make sure the appointment date was correct and they confirmed me time. I waited two weeks from the original call to have nobody show up, I was told they made a mistake and went to another job instead. Ok but that's not ok...Then I got your voicemail saying you made a mistake, I called back leaving a voicemail saying I'd be out that day until 3pm.After missing my appointment that was confirmed twice by the staff over the phone they decided to show up at their own time with no notice when they pleased. GUESS who was not home because they don't work well together here and listen. My voicemail information was not passed on and the guy showed up to measure when I was not home..... They never called me back to reschedule so they don't care enough to get my business. Wow what a joke, terrible people on their phone lines, don't know how you can't return a call...Call Aaben and KB Holmes if you'd prefer honesty and integrity with people who stand by and care about their promises and customer satisfaction..

Over promised underperformed. Promised delivery of a screen door which never happened and also said it was easier and quicker for them to get white rather then the brown to match the door frames. Did not deliver and honestly they don't care. Strongly recommend not using these clowns for anything

Excellent help with windows for our little shed. Kim was upbeat and understanding, going out of her way to provide us with the best possible experience. It was a pleasure shopping here.

Extremely poor customer service. Office staff are rude and not at all helpful. Requested the owner to call me. Waited 3 days never did call me. Installers were great. When we went in to pay the balance owing office staff didn't even ask if we were happy with their work and looked slightly annoyed at being bothered to serve a customer; that is until they realized we were there to give them money.

We ordered all of our windows and doors from this company for our new home. The ordering process was seamless with very knowledgeable and helpful sales staff. When the windows arrived they were exactly how I had pictured them - absolutely beautiful. They were delivered directly to our home and carried inside - very polite delivery driver. I would highly recommend this company for all of your window and door needs.

We ordered a beautiful front door and it was delivered a week before we expected it. The guys doing the installation did a great job and were very accomodating and particular. Prices were a bit better than two other local places that we checked out. Gerry Levac was easy to deal with. I would highly recommend!
