Orthotics in photo are 1 month old. They are wrong and injured my feet. Sarah will not acknowledge, will not refund. Had to spend more money elsewhere getting new orthotics. Wrote to her college regarding concerns about a head injury affecting her work because I was surprised. Her work is usually excellent. Spoke to owner, Dr. Brent Manson about concerns also. I hope she takes the time to get better before injuring someone else.

Prompt delivery with gracious note. Unfortunatey, one of the shoes was somehow stretched. While it was on sale, the shoe was no longer the right size. I was sent a return label. They do a decent job.

I’ve been buying footwear and other quality products at Walk The Coast for several years. I appreciate the welcoming staff, great service, the fact that staff are informed about the products they carry, and that Walk The Coast has a loyalty reward program that I always forget and they remind me about. A nice surprise every time!

Their prices are really good, plus they shipped same day! I received my shoes in 2 days, which is remarkable as I live in a remote location. Great communication too. I will definitely shop at Walk the Coast again.
