Euro Choice Windows & Doors

Windows were installed very wrong and look terrible, are very badly sealed in every corner inside and out making the very loud as well, sounds like a subway in our house. Old windows were way quieter, now we have to listen to a tunnel sound really loud that we never had before on a busy street and they don't care!No insulation around the frame, just an overall mistake selecting this company! The trim is all wrong with the job. They never even completed what was promised in the contract. They even deny doing the job after they do it which is believable, that should tell everyone exactly how they care about nothing and do NOT have any warranty, this is a bad bill of goods. I doubt the owner Duuby would even care enough to remember.

First of all, I would like to THANK you, Euro Choice Window, for your excellent service! I'm so glad I asked my close friend, Nedim, to give me their contact info. Mat, the salesperson, is super nice and gave me a great quote and advice about the special window glass. Our house windows were completely rotten and damaged. The new windows are AMAZING!! The crew did a FANTASTIC job! They worked super hard to make sure that our windows looked good. Max, the manager of the installation, was super nice. He came to our house to supervise the progress of the windows installed. When the new windows were installed, they cleaned up the house! I woke up the next day, looking at the beautiful windows without curtains; it made me smile. We are beyond happy with their services! They all are very professional and friendly! I would never have this if I had never met Nedim, and I would never know about Euro Choice Window if I had hired a different company! They are very reliable and provide prompt service! I would highly recommend this! You would NOT regret it if you contacted them!

I had signed up with Josh (The salesperson) from Euro chocie to replace my doors and windows. I paid $1500 after signing the initial contract and was told that I can cancel within 10 days of signing the contact incase anything changes and would get full refund of $1500. Due to some reasons, I had to cancel the contract WITHIN the 10 days. After MULTIPLE calls, the 'boss' at the company agreed to give $700 out of the $1500 deposit. I called 'Josh' the salesperson who did not even pick up the call (At the time of signing, he was the one who promised to get all the $1500 deposit back if the contract was cancelled within 10 days). Not only is this unprofessional, but the people at this company are unreliable.

The crew was quick efficient and responsive to any questions. After living with the original windows for decades it was time to replace. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable and made great suggestions so that the look was current and together we selected the windows that will be here for a very long tine. Energy efficient and easy to clean. My next project will be a new front door

After much searching for someone to install our very drafty door, we were pointed to Euro Choice. We mentioned our door issues as well as some personal health issues and they were very responsive to our requests. The day of the installation, they were actually about 20 minutes early to start the project. The installation manager and his installers were very professional and courteous and were extremely meticulous in their workmanship. The whole process took around 4 hours and then they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves and explained in detail what we were expected to do so everything would dry properly. I was very impressed with the manager and his young installers and would very quickly recommend them to anyone needing work regarding doors and/ or windows. Thanks Max and team.

I highly recommend this company for the fantastic customer service I received! Josh was friendly, competent, responsive, answered my many questions without making me feel stupid, and made me feel like he had all the time in the world to work with me.

Amazing company we was using them for our industrial unit Tami and her team was absolutely incredible came on time installed everything from A to Z and the price was very competitive to others but their service and knowledge was beyond and aboveThank you guys for your outstanding work really appreciate that.
