We used Morrow's Services when we moved to our new house. Excellent experience. They showed up on time and got to work right away. We really appreciated how friendly and respectful they were with us and our kids and how gentle they handled our belongings. We would definitely used their services again. 10/10

Moving is always a stressful time, so make it easier on yourself and hire Morrows! I recently moved from Ottawa to Vancouver and Morrows drastically alleviated my stress surrounding the move. The owners, Stephan and Christina, as well as Patricia and Alex in the office were all so wonderful to me during this process. Laszlo expertly packed my things and drove them to BC and everything arrived in perfect condition. I am thoroughly impressed with the service Morrows offers and can confidently recommend them to anyone looking for assistance in their next move!

I contacted Morrows Moving & Storage regarding a very last-minute move from BC to Alberta. They were able to juggle their schedule to accommodate my needs with less than 1 week's notice. Although I didn't end up using them (due to my own schedule changes), I wanted to give them a kudos for the great customer service! They truly went above & beyond to find a solution for me.

We recently did an interprovincial move with Morrow's. Everyone was really nice and professional. What a group of hardworking guys we had - Esteban, Irwin, Josh and Gabriel. Everything arrived intact. Made our move so much easier. Also thanks to Kevin and Pat in the office. Highly recommend!

The price was cheaper than another local company so I was a bit worried about what the quality of work would be. 3 guys showed up and they loaded up their truck in under 4 hours. The truck was completely full. Unloaded in under 3 hours. They did a great job! They were very careful with the furniture. Silviu, John and Jamie were the names of the movers. Also, Kevin was the guy that came over a few weeks earlier to give us a quote. He was great as well.I am very happy with their work. Thank you!

Just awesome!!! I used them to move locally and am about to speak with them again regarding another move. Morrow has always been fair and absolutely professional about all aspects. I have read through some of the complaints filed here and am confident when I say that it appears the complaintants themselves are not the easiest people to get along with.I have nothing but great things to say, and have used Morrows not only for my own moves, but for other moves, have had friends use them, and all around the results are the same. GREAT people to work with!!!Thank You Morrows for always being the reliable professionals.

After an in-home estimate, quite lengthy emails and correspondence over the phone with Kevin, I decided to go with another long distance mover due to financial considerations, but I wanted to take the time to praise this company for how they treat customers during the estimate process. Kevin was always patient, kind, transparent and honest. It was not an easy decision to go with another mover and I can only hope that my move goes well, but if you are considering this company, I think you would be in the best of hands.Kevin, your customer service was outstanding and you have my sincerest thanks for your professionalism and responsiveness.

Fantastic. We used their services a few years ago, so when my niece moved last week, I recommended Morrows moving. She had gotten a quote from another mover and Morrows pricing was much better. The men were very friendly, careful and efficient. There were no extra charges upon final bill. Actually, less than expected, as we had calculated a much longer move time. Very impressed!

**Added Update September 10, 2022**I would NEVER recommend Morrows Chilliwack.1. Morrows Chilliwack charged me almost two thousand dollars over the quoted price.2. Morrows Chilliwack did not keep the timeline they gave. Our items were almost a week later than latest date they promised.Morrows Chilliwack provided no communication or assurance once our items were in there care. I called to follow up on the timeline for delivery, and was told I would get 24 hours notice when the truck was coming. That never happened.3. Morrows Chilliwack did not rectify the broken/missing items (deficiencies), which amounted to over $1000.4. I told Morrows Chilliwack at the time of booking that I would be paying via credit card. When I received the invoice, I was billed an almost $200 “administration fee” which I was never told about. I was forced to pay this as part of the invoice before the delivery driver would give us back our items. This is extortion, pure and simple.Morrows Chilliwack NOT a company anyone should trust. They have refused to set matters right for us, and have forced me to escalate my case against them. I want to warn anyone reading this to NOT do business with them. Stay far away from Morrows Chilliwack.———September 10, 2022In reply to Morrow’s comments.1. I was never offered any fair compensation for the issues I incurred.2. I have not been refunded the almost $200 bogus administrative fee.3. Morrows cannot be trusted to act in the best interests of their clients. I again advise to stay far away from them.4. The BBB asked me if I wanted to pursue this through moderation and I will not, as Morrows spins stories and wastes everyone’s time.5. I told Morrow’s through the BBB about some of my deficiencies and they never addressed all of the broken/damaged and missing items.6. Again, I will state to warn others: Morrows took advantage of me, stole extra money with bogus fees when they were already in the wrong. And worse than all that, they caused me and my children extreme stress and discomfort by not keeping their word and delivering our goods as promised.Morrows is a parasite business. I would never want anyone else to endure what we have been through with them.7. I have attached some pictures of damage occurred.- Ikea table received without glass insert/two+ legs damaged and broken.- all three of my standing lamps were delivered broken. I have used electrical tape to hold them together until I can afford to replace them.- A full length mirror and casserole dish were broken beyond repair.- My tv stand was delivered with the bottom brace broken and the unit endured stress cracks from the weight of other items crushing it.- My tall white storage cupboard also had its bottom brace broken so it is also no longer stable.That was the bulk of the big and important pieces. Total damage is over $1500. Morrows has not rectified these issues. ***
