I had such an amazing experience during the bartender certification accelerated course. I learned so much both practically and what I would need to have a great foundation and to work in the industry. I would highly recommend this course for entering into this industry confident and excited to learn and work. Jess was a really great instructor, very knowledgeable, helpful and passionate.

Had a great experience at the 4 day accelerated course. Went in with no knowledge of cocktails but came out much more knowledgeable, and gained confidence in making drinks. Jess is a very accommodating and knowledgeable instructor who made the classroom environment very comfortable and welcoming. Course content material is formatted very clean and understandable. Highly recommend for anyone interested in signing up for the course!

I took a 4 day Introduction to Bartending class with Jess and Ben. They were amazing instructors. They’ve addressed everything on the course outline perfectly and shared real life experiences. That was very helpful. Tasting part of the course was also fun and very informative. We got to try different liquors which helped identifying characteristics of different products. Great experience overall!

I have been searching for a bartending course for the past year that meetsmy requirements: in-person, course knowledge, drink mixology and practice. This course exceeded my expectations, 4-day course, 9:30-3pm, Distillery location within bar with tools and equipment to practice various drinks, product tastings of various spirits, and the instructor Jess was the Best, her knowledge and experience makes the course what it is. Well worth the $499 spent!

Since the first day I went to this institute, I received a very professional and welcoming behaviour from the staff. The instructor is very sweet and welcoming and assisted in everything from spirit knowledge to tastings and on how to use the bar tools properly. I would highly recommend at least visiting this place once, even if you don't feel the need to attend the bartending program as it is one of the best places to go in the distillery district and they have an amazing bar with an amazing collection of spirits and you would definitely enjoy the company of the bartenders and the staff. All in all, I would definitely want to visit this place again in the near future with my friends and family.

Super friendly and extremely knowledgeable with plenty of tips and experience to share with the group.After taking the course, I now feel much more confident in both my knowledge alcohol, and my ability to make drinks.On top of that, I had a lot of fun taking their course!
