Office Furniture Warehouse - Muskego

I want to thank Tim for the help he gave me. I bought pallet racking from him a few weeks ago and love it! Him and his staff provided me with a very nice system and helped me load it into my trailer! If I need office furniture , I would go directly to OFW Muskego!!

I was looking for the perfect desk for months. Finally after looking online and in stores I stopped into the Muskego OFW and found the perfect desk within 5 minutes. Gary and Gretchen were an amazing help! We were able to get the desk delivered within a couple days, the guys that delivered were excellent. It was also very nice not to have to put it together like we would have if I purchased from anywhere else.

We bought an adjustable height desk and higher chair. Chair and desk top were used and desk base was new. Good prices, good options and they were very accommodating to let us choose the desk top we wanted, even a different size, with no price difference. Sending my son there for a desk. We will be back.

We stopped in looking, initially, for a desk for our home office and potentially for a business office. We did find a unit I could use in my studio but not the right set up for the home office. The unit was $125 & we were quoted $50 delivery. If we had decided to get an office desk component system the delivery would have been $150-$175, quoted by the sales rep. Long story short, after almost 3 weeks of trying to get an answer/confirmation about the lateral unit, the delivery charge jumped from $50 to $250 because they ...would have to rent a truck and send 2 employees as it is heavy...". This supposedly was set in stone by the owner of the company. When asked why the big jump for one unit but $75-$100 less if bought more? They would have to rent a truck and send 2 people for that. I was told this was the owner's choice.Sooooooo..........this made us feel our little sale was not worthy of their time

My husband and I have driven to OFW several times.We will continue to use OFW in the future. OFW has great items, great service, and very knowledgeable staff. Thank you for helping make our business adventure a great experience!

Tim was very helpful! He listened to me regarding the type of desk chair I was considering. He was very friendly and also helped load the chair in the vehicle. I would definitely return for any office furniture I might be considering. Service was superb! The quality of the chair was excellent for the dollars I spent!

My husband & I had an awesome experience here. We bought an office chair in June. He leaned back & the chair broke. We took it back in November, yes 5 months later & picked a different chair with no issues at all. Gretchen was super & went out of her way to make us happy! Best to work with.
