Edison Flats

If I could give them a 100/100 I would. Ryan (one of the building owners) was kind enough to show me around the building while I was looking for places on a very tight schedule, he made my schedule work even though he was swamped finishing up renovating the building. I recently moved to Kitchener, Waterloo from Edmonton to pursue my Master's and was struggling to find a place that felt safe, had a great location and was affordable. Edison flats met every box on my criteria checklist.The apartments are absolutely gorgeous but the part that really stood out to me was how invested Ryan was in creating a great community within Edison Flats. Ryan was thorough with reference checks and personally sat down to get to know me before he offered me the opportunity to fill out the rental application. Ryan and his business partner are committed to being there for their tenants and ensuring that everyone feels safe.Ryan was in constant communication with me through text and phone calls while he was checking out my application so I would be up to date on what was going on.I 100% recommend living in this building. You won't find another space like it anywhere in Kitchener, Waterloo.

Beautiful and timeless design! The property is well kept, and in a good location (within waking distance of hospital, coffee shops, grocery store, etc.).

Horrible experiences living here. Run by KW Property Management and they are super unprofessional, give you very short notice, sometimes none at all, for maintenance or someone who needs to come in to your unit. Safety hazards that they take their sweet time on and do not take seriously, or any of the tenants' concerns raised. They just don't care and it feels like teenagers work for them.

Nice layout, great, convenient location. Spacious bright units with lots of storage space. Very clean and modern. We are looking forward to moving into the 2 bedroom unit.

Wow! Truly stunning. From the great layout, to the amenities, to the extra storage, not a detail was missed. Impressive suites in a perfect location.

Nice, newly renovated and clean apartments. Extremely convenient location being close to both Waterloo and Kitchener. Great for young professionals!
