Had a crack in a bedroom. I have never dealt with them before. My experience have been awesome!! They know their craft and can figure out a way to solve your window issue. In addition they are fair and honest in pricing and reliable in their schedule. Check them out next time!!

Rudest experience I have ever had at a store. I came into this store friendly and in need of some mirror for some frames. This older man was being rough with one of the pieces and I (very gently) asked him to be careful as the grout can break easily around the edges. He blew up at me and told me to leave, which I gladly did.I went a little further down the road and found a lovely person to help me with the work that I required.We all can have bad days" but there was no reason to treat me so poorly. I would Never recommend this store for any kind of work."

Showed up to my office in Holland landing, some one tosed a rock through our window. After repotting the incident to the police. I called Bradford Glass and mirror They answerd the phone right away, and had their crew over within an hour and a half. Price was very reasonable and the work was done. I would definitely recommend them.

I needed a price of glass cut for a picture frame. Price was good and service was quick. Owners were very friendly and helpful. I also asked advise regarding a film that I have been unable to get off of a mirror and the owners lent me a cleaner to try which I was very appreciative of. I highly recommend.

Had one window with a broken pane. Contacted several glass companies and Bradford Glass & Mirror was the only one that responded.Very professional experience throughout the entire process. Phone calls were always returned in a reasonable time. Had to wait about 3 months before the replacement window arrived, which is reasonable considering the reality of living in 2022.The installers completed their work in 30 mins. maybe less, I was surprised at how quick it was.Sign me up as a repeat customer :)

Last year I damaged my patio door screen and wasn't sure how to replace it. Called around and was told to call Bradford Glass & Mirror, so happy I did, they were fabulous. They not only got me a new screen door, they delivered it to my house and installed it.So IF you ever need help be sure to give them a call. Thanks Gary for all your help.

I have been here twice now, and dealt with each of the brothers separately on my two occasions. Both of these guys went above and beyond!!! On my first visit, I brought in an antique table to get a piece of glass cut for it. It was a unique shape so I did not trust myself to do the template. Gary did the template, charged me an excellent price for the glass and even glued back the loose leg as a nice surprise! On the second occasion, I needed another glass top for a table with such an intricate design that John told me he wouldn't be able to cut it without breakage. He even tried cutting a few pieces of glass in front of me with no success. He told me, however, he would take it to his suppliers who have expensive, computerized laser cutting machines. Upon checking with them, we discovered that was going to be a very expensive option. ($500!). When he heard this, he made a few more attempts to cut it on his own from a thinner piece of glass until he achieved success! His price--$50! I was thrilled!! I live in Newmarket but will continue to drive to Bradford for my glass needs and recommend you do the same!!!!!

I have ordered a large kitchen table top glass from this company. John is very professional and very helpful. I have come back to do more business with them. I highly recommend this family owned, local business.
