Ours was a small residential job (two new outlets), and the first time dealing with Kato. Yet we had a free site visit and quote within a week. Walter was excellent: professional, polite and friendly. He kept us informed of his expected arrival, completed the work and cleared up under the expected 3 hours, and we were billed as quoted. I would highly recommend Kato.

Reasonable quote. Appraisal, quote and completion of work all done within a week. The electrician was polite, professional, and cleaned up well. The new fan works well, and no ceiling repair or painting was needed afterwards.

They were super fast to respond to emails and setting up appointments, they showed up on time (even in the snow!), Marius (electrician) was very friendly and professional, and they were very clear and upfront with their pricing. I highly recommend them.
