STAY AWAY!!!! Worst customer service, worst communication, so many mistakes and unknowledgeable staff!!Terrible experience with a smoke damage claim. Showed up at my new home with uncleaned items, electronics that should have been written off and more. Damaged our custom epoxy and wood table - going to be $1K to repair it and haven’t heard anything from them on it since giving the estimate.Missed major items on our final NR report like a (now) $6800 sectional that I have to correct. Unless you want to hold their hand through this process — stay away, would rate 0 if I could
