We purchased an on demand water heater and a new furnace at the same time. When they arrived I was concerned about the time that they had to install both items,but the installers assured me that they would get it done. They were only 4 hours and they were finished. They did a very good job,they cleaned up everything and the installation was done neatly and to our satisfaction. We are very pleased because it was a very cold day and with the speed they installed both and the temperature in the house had only dropped by 5 degrees. The gentleman that came for the assessment was very patient and informative. All in all everything was handled very professionally. When it came time for the install the technician was very clean and courteous. The completed job was completely to my satisfaction. The whole experience was quick and painless. Well worth a recommendation. Thank you to all involved.

The entire process was amazing and seamless from my initial conversation to the installation. Everyone was amazing . The installers were prompt and very courteous. The installation and clean up was superb. Follow up was great as well . We are very pleased with the experience.

The gentleman who installed the unit were very professional, very tidy and very polite. The system is very efficient heats up quickly for the shower. The water has a pleasant taste.

The crew for both the assessment and installation where great. Installation crew even connected the new wires I had pre-run during my renovations and the nest thermostat I had previously bought.However, prior to installation, I had misgivings about this whole thing and wanted to cancel it all before it was installed, so a supervisor I spoke with said they'd give me the first 3 months free. I've already been charged for first 2 months and yet to see any credit. Also asked for a monthly receipt (to keep record of what I'm paying to them), which I've also never received with latest payment.Edit: This will never get 5 star from me at this point. Only received 1 out of 3 free months I was promised. Still no monthly receipt and now found out they have a lean of 17,000 on my property (for a furnace?). And as such, I'm still updating my rating, down to 1 star.

Air conditioner and heatpump to big for my 1200 square foot house.. plus the heatpump wasn't Compatible with furnace and was never Hooked up because it wasn't compatible.. I don't understand how a company can rip people off like this one did me. Not one bit impressed and I would never recommend it to anyone.. if this company can come clean of what they have done I may think differently..

The gentleman that came into install was very polite and professional. We had a furnace and central air put in around the end of June with just the regular filters. Called last week to put on the hepa filter, have only had for about 4 days so don't really notice a difference yet. Would recommend to family and friends if they're in need of energy saving furnace, central air.

The installers worked efficiently despite the challenges of our basement. I had ordered it one day and it was installed 2 days later. Great service!

I have had the green savings group for a few years now. I had no complaints, except for the fact that nobody ever comes to check on the equipment like the contracts said. I have a HEPA filter on my furnace. They’re supposed to come and change the filter every six months but they only changed it once when I complained about it.

Easy to work with and happy how quickly the install went! Would recommend them highly.I’d like to edit this review. I’ve gone from agreeing to pay one amount and am now being charged 3 different amounts each month. I have contact ombudsman about this situation. I tried to review my contract and when I went back to read it again it said this offer had expired!! I’ve asked for another copy and 6 weeks later still have no contract. I think this company is a scam, in my opinion and everyone should steer clear!!
