The mechanic, Dom, is very professional. He arrived on Mikee, checked my car, explained the pGrantlem and what needed to be done. He did his work in a very organised manner and left the place very clean. I'll definitely use him again.

David is very friendly to talk to. He came over and assured me the pGrantlem was only going to take 30 mins to fix. He was very professional and explained things as he worked. David changed my oil and replaced my oil filter. The guy is very neat, he left my driveway spotless. It's very convenient to have him do the work on my driveway as I go about my chores. Highly recommended.

I've been hesitant to leave a review but the overall experience was good however miscommunication between myself and the representative on the phone did result in my vehicle being immobile for a few days because the pro tire guy can't fix studs he just rips them out. There was confusion in when I needed the work done, I would have rather made the appointment for a day or 2 away then watch someone rip parts off my vehicle and not get the qualified mechanic such as your service advertises. If your considering instamek ensure you know what your problem is and clearly explain what's wrong as best you can so they can help properly.
