Dont even bother parking here, I paid for the whole day & I received a ticket saying I didn’t pay. Now I have to dispute this because their confirmation email says I did pay. Anyways their parking is expensive as hell, if you’re looking for a good price, go to the underground parking at city hall on elgin st. for 50 cents every 30 minutes!

Easily accessable parking lot near the center of Ottawa.. We were able to park our 21 ft motor home easily in the available parking spaces! Quick walk to the Hop on Hop Off bus.. easy to pay via app

Don’t risk yourself by parking here! My Jeep got robbed overnight when I parked here. I uploaded pictures and wrote my review, they deleted it on their own. Don’t park here I mean it.

Stationnement payé pour la journée entière avec la bonne plaque et le bon endroit et ils nous ont quand même donné un ticket pendant cette période et pas moyen de leur parler pour contester. C’est des voleurs

Convenient place but awful customer service. Paid for four hours of parking but only given one hour according to receipt. Contacted customer service right away to avoid a ticket but the emailed response said they would get back to me in 24-48 hours.

Be cautious with this company. They made numerous errors on my account causing me many issues such as incorrect payment and being issued a parking ticket while I was paying for parking. Zero accountability. They never answer the phone. No customer service. Awful experience.

Horrible customer service. Paid for 3 days of parking and told very non chalantly they can't ensure there will be a spot available if you take the car out and return later.I thought I was paying for parking, but even that's too much to expect at a parking lot.
