Arrived at 4pm at the drive thru and got served at 5:40pm. The wait was long but I really wanted to eat the famous fried chicken! Chicken was good, tasty and juicy. The corn salad was new for me and I really enjoyed it. The only downside for me was the sauce… they changed the recipe and now taste almost like a thick St-Hubert sauce. I was heartbroken, the old sauce was so good!!

The food is good, and the people are nice. But always, even after they confirm your order, they will change the product for another one or miss something. Also, they don't have enough people working for the demand they have, and employees are usually overcharged.

Good food , won't disappoint, typical KFC/PFK experience, it was really clean and convivial though it's small and always full of people. The waiting time could be a bit better but can't really blame them for that.

KFC/PFK is back at Quebec BUT be aware that the waiting is bit long. Hours are becoming more stable and chicken CAN finished BEFORE THE DAY END SHIFT. Other than that, it’s forth the fork if you’re a fan. On-site dining is now autorised so feel free to go in and enjoy. Parking is limited and drive through operational.

This PFK/KFC was busy around 15-20 min wait but the food was awesome and definitely worth the wait. Very friendly employees highly recommend this restaurant don’t listen to the bad reviews they are misleading you.

The only kfc in Quebec city. Ordered online thinking that it just need to be pickup fast when arrived there. Turned out, the waiting time is similar like if you order takeout from the cashier. Next time, I won't bother to order online, just order when arrive tere. But the chicken is good, especially the zinger twister. That's the favorite!

Just arrived in Quebec City and was starving. Can't go wrong with KFC. The food was excellent and service was quick. A+
