Visited this place recently, thanks to Cindy. It went on smooth and I was satisfied with the quality of service.They were prompt and honest. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service by OK Tire in Nisku (Cindy) - saved my bottom on highway 2 for blowing out my rear tire - when I had 250+km yet to go , to be on time for a Medical Apt to be on time... (I was eating my up givemetime that I allotted for extra time)!....MINDBLOWING that she had a truck out to me after speaking with her for only a few minutes for details and truck sent out to me in 20 mins (where my toad side took like 30+ mins on the phone and quoted me 1.5 hours for a return around for a truck to service my vehicle blown tire on Highway 2!While I was waiting on started to jack down my spare and to get started and OK Tire (Marco) popped up behind me, got out of truck and on his knees and started to pull my spare out as it was already down on ground and get to work! Said hi and totally offered the helping hand that I was looking for (need a check over for damage cause of the black smoke from tire (3 holes on one wall and 1 whole on the other side of wall) and for drill for the special key for lugnuts!HONESLTY like 5 mins - I was ready to go (I was calling the other company to cancel their service call for courtesy that took longer )....... Service tech did the walk around and check all tires air and shock my hand and I was on my way!!!I MADE my apt (154pm for 2 pm apt) THANK YOU CINDY for being there" thanking my call and working things out to be able to assist - So very grateful!!!!! Ok Tire in Nisku is where I get all my vehicle tires serviced. Easy to deal with, knowledgeable, and fast. A recent flat forced me to evaluate the condition of all my tires, and it all pointed to replacement. I was booked in within 24 hours, charged a fair price, and I was able to work from thier customer lounge while I waited. I suggest you give them a try.

Exceptional service!!!! My truck oil pressure light came on. I checked to see how much oil was in the engine, NONE……. I called OK Tire in Nisku asking if they did this kind of repair and was told absolutely!!! I called a tow truck and in no time my truck was inside the OK Tire shop. When I walked in the door I was greeted by Cindy like we were old friends and I had been doing business with them forever…….. Cindy called to let me know what they had discovered and started the repair. What could have been an extremely expensive bill turned out to be very fair and not as big a problem as I anticipated. Thank you for being so honest and getting my truck back on the road so quickly!!! I highly recommend anyone who needs a repair to go to OK Tire in Nisku! They are working to help the customer as best they can.P.S. I was listening to Cindy and Dan putting together a quote and felt the invoice was going to be costly and took it down by $250…. WOW. So my car broke down unexpectedly and I was close enough to this shop to bring it there…This is a great shop! The service was excellent, they resolved my problem and fortunately the cost was more than reasonable. I absolutely recommend this location. I will be going back when the need arises.

Love this place it is awesome, Cindy will always set you up with the best prices for quality workmanship, the whole crew here have a lot of knowledge and are very experienced. I guarantee you can not go wrong here, I brought my Ford mustang here after getting a review from a different shop on getting control arms done which would have costed me quite a bit but when these guys brought it in and took a look at it, it was perfectly fine. It was super good news and Cindy didn’t even charge me because they didn’t have to do any work on it , most of these dealers would charge you 1 hour labour just to inspect it, but Cindy and her team care about you and will not spend your money if they don’t have to. They will take very good care of you and will make sure that your vehicle is safe and road worthy.

Great place to get your oil changed or other problems fixed and diagnosed, like blower motor. Not just tires. fast friendly service and prices are competitive.
