New to the area with an office now in Vaughan. Superb psychotherapy practice to work with. Sukaina really understands how to support you from a mental health standpoint to help you overcome those roadblocks that can hold you back. If you need that support in getting your mindset right, suffer from anxiety or depression, definitely worth exploring the counselling services offered here. Easy to book your first appointment online but suggest starting with a free consultation to learn more.

Purposeful Change Psychotherapy
Great place and nice website. Getting started is super easy. Sukaina is great to speak to over a free consultation. No waitlist. They're accepting new clients for in-person appointments and provide DBT and CBT in Vaughan. Most places either have month long waitlists or they don't even call back.
