Mike helped us prepare our house for sale and answered all of our questions and concerns. He even did quite a bit of digging into our neighbourhood and informed us that we were overpaying on our property taxes for the past 5 years! We were able to sort everything out with the city and received a nice refund :)He was very helpful and patient when it came time to finding us a new home. We told him up front that we were in no rush to buy because we wanted our dream home. After a few months, we were able to find that home and we couldn't be any happier.Thank you so much Mike. We were 1st introduced to Mike through a Relocations package when my husband's company moved us to the East coast in 2003. Mike guided us through the sale of our home every step of the way. When we returned 1 1/2 years later, it was a no-brainer to ask Mike to find our next home, which we have lived in for 16 years. We just recently sold this house and obviously Mike represented us.
