Dropped my car off for winter tires and they damaged 3 separate rims..completely not willing to take responsibility, had a second opinion by another garage and they said there is clear damage caused by misuse of the machine to change the tires. Unbelievable crooks.

Excellent service received from Thomas ! Outstanding customer service experience and coaching. He helped me with my problem to replace drive unit for my Model S. Yes it's an expensive repair but you also get great warranty 4years 80k km.

It was the best service I have so far. I went there for door latch problem and wheels alignment. The bigger problems were found on the suspension parts of all the wheels. I did not notice this problem before. The service centre did a very well job on determining and fixing the problems. As they were safety concerns, extra day was needed for the parts to be arriving and the car fixed properly.Only that the small problem with the door latch was resolved momentarily. The parts were replaced and the door worked the day I got my car back. Once I am home, the problem is back again and the door is not fully functional. So, a follow-up appointment is needed. So bad that I am home in New Brunswick now. Going back to Montreal Service Centre is deemed to be a counter productive.Overall - a happy customer here for the service form Montreal Service centre.

Not the same as a regular dealership. I showed up at 8:00pm thinking all dealerships close at 9pm (not so) anyways sales guy informed me they close earlier than Honda. Live and learn, so expect to do your own research on all features of Tesla yourself. (Generational change right there!) staff are knowledgeable but are really busy here. Don’t expect the red carpet cause it’s more of a self serve atmosphere. Free Charge stations outside are limited so get here earlier.

I am happy with Tesla car. However:I am disappointed with the current quality of the sales advisors compared to 2021. They seem unaware of various inquiries I’ve made and have difficulty providing accurate financial calculations. This has made me feel uncomfortable during the interaction.In light of this, I plan to visit Laval Tesla in the next couple of days, hoping for a better experience and improved customer service.

What a wow experience with the Lovely helpful Jaspreet, don't get me wrong the other staff were wonderful as well but Jaspreet really took that extra mile to accommodate all our requests and questions. Great job Elon

I LIVED A NIGHTMARE WITH TESLA. I was a true fanboy as they said. I ordered my first M3 in 2019, changed it for a 2022 because of new features. Waitlist was 9 months. After waiting 5 months for my new M3, I ordered a Model Y because it was finally best suiting our needs. I received my new model 3 and sold it after a month because my model Y was coming a couple of weeks after. Tesla then called me to tell me my model Y order was canceled, due to the fact they deemed my account as Reseller. Which I am not. They stole my 250$ deposit.Yeah, this kind of behavior damages the brand like crazy. I am not the only one.If you want to make sure you have a car, DON’T ORDER A TESLA. If you have one already, don’t sell yours to upgrade as they may cancel your order and ban you for no reason.

I love this car, but delivery experience? What experience….it needs work, these cars are not cheap. Getting your car serviced at Tesla Montreal? AVOID AT ALL COST! Go to Tesla Laval or Tesla Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, but be advised, even another services center is a gamble... The service technicians on Ferrier have a serious lack of knowledge and professionalism. If push comes to shove and it’s your only option, than diligently inspect your car on the lot before you take it back. They often do not put your car back together properly and make you pay for damages or cost to fix it, if you only noticed it later. Oh and watch out for scratches. Every time I went there, there was always new scratches and dings when it came back. It’s not always this way and I rather go to Tesla than some 3rd party, but 3 visits to fix problems that they caused and they still couldn’t get it right, even when it was obvious? Something is definitely wrong….

I always have great experience in this shop. The sales team is very friendly and knowledgeable. And the service department is very profession and friendly. Making owning a Tesla a very present experience.
