Had visited this shop in the past for inquiries and they were great. Earlier today when to get something actually printed, the clerk at the front desk was willing to assist however an older lady came out from yh4 back and simply refused to assists. I had some documents in a USB and also needed other documents that I needed copied, she advised that they do not have the capabilities to photocopy something when I could clearly see a machine against the wall which could photo copy something. She suggested that I go to Staples, which was my first choice but decided to stop here first. Never again.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE! I ordered my real estate feature sheets and noticed I personally made a small typo and the gentlemen at the front desk said he would re-do my 30 copies ordered and just in time to deliver to my listing. I was amazed at how kind his service was. It was my first time ordering and certainly will not be my last! 10 stars if I could.

I have been going to this Minuteman location for more than a decade and they have never disappointed. The quality of their product is always topnotch. Better yet, the couple who runs this location delivers amazing and consistent service, are very congenial and courteous. What more can you ask?

Apparently it's a lot to ask when you want to print black ink on slightly special paper. Not for these guys though. Out of five places they were the only ones to take on the job. Will go here first next time!
