Today at Starbucks I ordered a caramel Frappuccino. When I got home to have it, it literally was not blended property. The drink was basically all ice that has chunks in it. You pretty much need a spoon to have it. The staff were friendly but this is not the first time I had a bad experience here. The first time they put ice in my drink when I told them not too multiple times. Just disappointed once again. Hopefully they learn from this.

I went here the other day and It took them a long time to get to the window once they did I used Apple Pay to pay for my drinks and 5 minutes later the barista comes back and says the payment didn’t go through but it did cause with Apple Pay it gives you a notification when a payment goes through at where and what time. They kept saying I didn’t pay when I showed them the payment history then they grabbed my phone and went through all my bank history payments to look. How is that allowed

I've received good customer service from employees at this location and I would like to thank you for that. There are some crazy personalities here and they wont ruin the experience for me. Management is not one of them!The people with attitude and hatred toward others this review is for you. Bad experiences are remembered. Lack of integrity, come on its just coffee! You guys take it out on the customers because your so dissatisfied with your jobs and there's probably good reasons for that and I am sorry but if im going to watch you purposely make my drink tainted while paying absurd prices then ^&*( you.Attitude and sub par quality consistently at this location.

This Starbucks excelled at processing my order from start to end. The team members here were accommodating and friendly - I will return!I visited here 15 minutes before close, ordered blender drinks and pastries, and they were all perfect. I’ve never had such a fresh, warm cheese danish.I would have liked to have seen more merch.

The employee was nice but overall the drinks were bad. They watered down my strawberry acai refresher so much it was almost flavourless. When i asked for 6 pumps of raspberry and the drive thru operater confirmed the 6 pumps they only put one. We also asked for ventis and they put it through the till as venti's but gave us grandre's.

I ordered a venti-size shaken espresso today However, I was disappointed to see that the order came out because there was as much foam as tall. So I asked to make it again. She told me that shaken espresso is made by shaking it, so it has no choice but to foam. I know that, but it never happened when I ate it at another branch. She made foam exactly the tall size again. I couldn't ask them to make it again because I didn't have time. I definitely ordered a benti and she had to hand me a drink the size of a benti, but she had twice served me a drink to the size of a grande. She needs to learn how to make drinks and customer service again. If I liked foam, wouldn't I have ordered a menu with cream foam?

this girl she had short coloured hair she was making Mine in my mom’s drinks. I got a refresher. Well my mom got a hot coffee. My mom’s coffee came out about three minutes after it was ordered and they want to start mine but then they placed it somewhere and completely forgot about my order. I was obviously still standing there. They didn’t ask me or nothing just kept staring at me and when I finally said something they were like oh I’m so sorry about blah blah blah. They forgot my cake pop, and the drinks were just honestly not that great definitely would not go back here.

To the Starbucks staff on afternoon shift at the 67st location. The last 2 months now they've had new staff. I order the same thing every time a large java chip frapp and the last 4 now have been made horribly WRONG!!! One was too runny and thin, another one had too much chocolate in it and another had no whip cream in it. I am very disappointed and will not be returning to this said location again!!!!!
