Fresh Touch Med Spa

I visit the spa for massage treatments and I would say that Kibian is excellent. Her skills are the best she makes you feel relaxed while she uses her well skillful hands to remove tight tissue buildup. I’ve had deep tissue and the hot stone massage by her and was pleasantly satisfied with how well she handled both. The spa is very nicely done up and there are a lot of different types of services provided. I would try some of the other services in the future. The owner is a beautiful lady. I’m not sure what her name is, she seems very knowledgeable and professional. They also have a lovely receptionist who makes you feel welcome and knows her clients. This one place will provide any type of spa service you are looking for. I would suggest that you visit and experience it yourself.

I have been coming to this spa since i was 16 (i am 23 now) before it was revamped to a med spa. I have been getting my eyebrows done by nancy for 8 years but the last couple of times i have had a horrible experience. the first bad experience i had called ahead and booked with nancy but when i got there, nancy was not and i had to get them done by someone i was not familiar with. i left that appointment crying because of how awful my eyebrows were done. the second bad experience i had yet again booked ahead of time with nancy. i waited over an hour and a half and while waiting saw nancy walk out the front door. i thought she was running out for a second but to my surprise the spa was closing. the lady at reception asked me if i was waiting for someone to pick me up because they were closing now.. i told her no i’ve been waiting over an hour to get my eyebrows done and no one has helped me since i initially checked in. they ended up having to call nancy to come back in to do my eyebrows because i refused to have them done by anyone else considering my last experience. today was the last straw, i called ahead to book an appointment with nancy and was told to come in today for the appointment. i checked in and i waited from 1:45 - 2:10 with out anyone saying anything to me. then someone came and said she was going to be doing my eyebrows today. i told them i had booked the appointment with nancy not just anyone. the lady told me nancy was out getting stock for the clinic but she can go ahead and do them. i stood up and said honestly i am just going to leave because this is the third time something like this has happened and i don’t want to pay for my services to be done here. which mind you is nearly 40 dollars for a wax and tint.. while trying to leave the lady told me she has been doing eyebrows for 17 years and can do just as good a job as nancy, and i replied it’s the principal of things not who is doing it or how good you are. i am beyond upset with the unprofessionalism happening, the client experience seems to have went out the window after it became a med spa and now it’s all about how much money they can make not how happy the client is. i have had past appointments where i was pulled into a room after just wanting my eyebrows done and was told how much i needed to spend $499 on some kind of skin treatment because “my skin was horrible”. it is pretty clear that they have lost a customer today and i don’t recommend coming here if you value being booked in with the person you requested previously when booking or if you want to save money because it is very expensive.

I had an amazing experience here. I got a 3 in one carbon peel, laser toning toning done. And I was amazed with the results. I have gotten facials done before but I never saw such a significant difference in my skin before. My pores were clean, all blackheads were gone, and the skin was overall plumped and glowing. I was immediately beyond satisfied and happy with the treatment. I will definitely recommend this this place as well as the treatment. Friendly staff and amazing customer service!

I have been coming to fresh touch spa for full body massage and I love my experience everytime. Kibian always makes me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I recommend this spa to anyone looking to feeling amazing. And definitely ask for Kibian, she's amazing at what she does!!!

I received the absolute best massage from Kevin today at Fresh Touch MEd Spa! I have been all over the world getting some of the best massages, but hands down today a local spa gave me the best massage I ever had! I highly recommend this spa!

I had a carbon laser peel and laser toning treatment and my skin feels and looks absolutely amazing! It’s never felt like this before and I highly recommend anyone to have this treatment done. Thank you Fresh Touch Med Spa for a wonderful treatment and experience I've received here. Nancy and staff were not only friendly but very well knowledgeable with their work. I've had carbon laser peel and laser toning done and I could see a big difference with my skin. I would definitely recommend this place because of the nice and calm ambiance, the quietness and from each room, and the instruments/machines are brand new.

This massage was amazing. Kibian was wonderful. She always listen to my needs and goes above and beyond to ensure that I have the best experience. Th overall atmosphere was fabulous I even brought more people in. They treat you so well in there. It’s a most book massage parlor.

My girlfriend referred me to Fresh Touch and I have been coming here for over a year now for RMT massage and they have been just amazing!! Very friendly, welcoming and professional staff and they offer great spa packages. I‘ll be recommending this place to all my family and friends!
