Installation was timely, efficient and communication with the vendor was awesome. My roof leaked after a couple of years and repair was done quickly. I do not know if the repairs will hold up and I still has some concerns over the longevity of the roof. I am not concerned about being able to communicate with the Cozifoam and their representatives. So far the product seems like the best solution for my roof repair.

Cozifoam said it would be 2” of foam covered by a 1/8” of “rubber like” product that was 400 times the elasticity of rubber. The foam varied from 1”-4”, and left dips and puddles all over the roof. The top layer also left runs all down the facia which they put a cap over the runs at my request. 3 years later the roof leaked and they came and “fixed” about 10 spots that had separated all around the exterior of the flat roof. Not impressed!

The drivers this company employs have zero sympathy for anyone else on the road as I was push off the road by a truck and trailer while I honked the horn they continued to merge into me. I wish they hit me, they were probably wasted.
