My husband has been trying to get his cpap updated and the store has had his prescription for over a month. He has been leaving a message at least once a week for 4 weeks and there has never been a response. No one ever answers the phone. No one returns calls. This is affecting his health and now mine. As I write this we still have heard nothing and will be going elsewhere. DONE!

I rarely provide negative reviews, and although I like Shoppers Drug Mart (SDM), I will not shop at this particular Wellwise (owned by SDM) going forward.I chose Wellwise for my CPAP needs, but nearly from the outset, communication was poor, help was rarely available, and without notification, my credit card was charged for the cost of the machine (CPAP) and nasal pillow (~$1,400.00) - despite the fact that I have insurance coverage for both items.Ultimately, the expense of the CPAP machine was reimbursed (by Wellwise), but the cost of the nasal pillow (~$200.00) was not.I'm now forced to try and recuperate this ~$200.00 from my insurer, which is turning out to be an additional headache.Please save yourselves the stress, and locate an alternate medical supply store.

My mother bought a mobility scooter here, and we were told (I was with her) that would keep her name on file if there were any problems or concerns. A couple of times when I called, they could not look it up with her name. Recently my mother had a problem with it not being able to move, it indicated a switch was in the wrong position. The switch was not in the wrong position. There solution, and a $65 bill later, if it happens again

If I could give 0 stars I would. The associate I dealt with was rude and didn’t offer any help. I sent an email to the store manager after the experience and I was told in a phone call the next day that he “finds it hard to believe the associate would ever act in that manner” and that “there was a miscommunication on both ends” there was no miscommunication on my part. I had explained I needed a cpap mask replacement and I had my insurance number and the broken mask in hand. No suggestion was offered to help me. I was just told that I couldn’t be helped since the cpap specialist who was there when I came in the store, had just left. I will be filing a corporate complaint. Avoid this store.

I'm trying to support this franchise but they are making it very difficult.Ordered cpap supplies May 30thand it is still not in and could not tell me when it would be.This item is a shelf item elsewhere.One of the problems is that only the cpap associate can do the ordering."This is not my first purchase from there. My satisfaction at that time was probably a 2.Shame on me twice but definitely won't be a third."

I brought my sick father to your store to purchase a lift assist recliner. The salesman told us he didn't know anything about the chairs and said he'd get the manager. We waited for almost an hour, the salesman would periodically try to get the manager, but to no avail. I couldn't believe that we were in a store for medical supplies with a salesman who wasn't familiar with the products sold in store, and a manager who couldn't be bothered to tend to the customer. Should it be too much to ask that someone cater to us when we are there to purchase one of their products? We certainly felt like we were an inconvenience to them. We later found the same product at a different pharmacy (which had fabulous customer service!), and bought the product there. At the end of the day, it's not only the products you sell that matter, but how you treat the people buying them. You would do well to remember that going forward.

As an ADP authorizer, I called to attempt to get information about their mobility specialist to see if Wellwise should be added to our ADP-approved vendor list. Reception was just not very helpful and was generally unclear. Please make contact with Source Rehabilitation in Sudbury if ADP applications and assessments are something that you are interested in pursuing. Thank you.
