Seiyuan Restaurant
Recently tried Seiyuan with a bunch of friends and really enjoyed my experience!The sushi and poke bowls were very fresh and presentation was great. Highly recommend the bbq eel sushi and the vegetarian salmon poke! I also really loved the salmon sashimi. Service is friendly and attentive as well. If you’re in the old port, definitely check them out :)!

Walked by this place during the Canada Day festivities and saw a beautiful, little setup for freshly made obanyaki. I’ve never seen this here in Montreal so, of course, had to try it! They were selling 3 for $10 prepared right in the spot. The pancake batter was light and fluffy on the inside with some yummy bits of crunchy edges on the outside. The red bean filling was a little runny for my taste and biting into it, the filling burst out the sides. Very tasty, nonetheless!

Their menu had a great selection of dishes, and the food was fresh and flavorful. The service was excellent, with the waitstaff being friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious meal in a relaxed atmosphere.

Great sushi and poke bowls (very fresh quality) at this small restaurant near the vieux port in Montreal. You can sit inside and they also have a small terrace outside or order take out and enjoy your food in a nearby park. Super friendly staff so I definitely recommend this place and will come back here!

The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The sushi rolls were top-notch, with a great variety to choose from. The sashimi was incredibly fresh and melted in my mouth.

The food at here was absolutely delicious! The service was excellent, with attentive staff who made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend trying their tuna poke bowl as well. Overall, a fantastic dining experience!
