Friendly owner, very good security, neat yard.

The premises are very clean and well kept. (They even clear the snow from the front of the units!) The office staff are very helpful and when I ran out of boxes and supplies they had some to sell to save me a trip home.

Great place, and friendly staff. Was going through a tough time and they talked to me like I was any other customer and helped me with the process and seemed happy to help. And the free month of storage really was a blessing, and they're okay if you are a day or two or three late on fees, didn't even charge me late payment fees. So all in all a great experience and I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a secure place for their belongings. Only thing that could make it better would be 24 hours access as the only times to access your things is 8am to 9pm. Also a plug in for some sort of lighting in the unit as I don't like going through my things with people watching me do it. But that's just me.
