What impressed me the most was the efficiency of the service. Despite a steady flow of customers, the staff at counter 7 managed to maintain a well-organized system that minimized waiting times. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was attended to and how smoothly the entire process went. They were swamped with prior work; however, listened calmly and helped me in all possible way.Thank you for such a good service.

I had an appointment on January 5, 2023 at 12pm, but I was missing some paperwork. Monica went above and beyond to help us. Thankfully, everything was done on same day. She was really helpful and answered all the questions we had. Thank you Monica we really appreciate her. We should have more like her.

The office is busy. I understand the time constraints that people have but if you are able to, try and make an appointment.I attended my appointment and was dealing with Ms. Patel. My father has a medical condition and Ms Patel was kind and considerate in helping me make sure his application was completed correctly. It's this level of customer service and understanding that people appreciate and I just wanted to say thank you to her once again.

If you have experiences with these semi government offices, you come in expecting to have a hard time.However my recent visit went well, much better than expected. It appeared organized and I was relatively served quick.Shanushika helped us and gave us some tips for a future service that we needed. We were not rushed, the service was helpful and courteous.She helped explain the next steps and the timeline.It went much better when we can expect when visiting BLS from past visits.Overall it looks like they are trying to improve their image.One area for improvement would be to offer more information up front about pick up options. The website did not indicate return of documents were only available by courier. This took us by surprise when we visited and were just billed it at the time of payment. I came in with low expectations so this was not a big deal.I'd say the whole process took 30 minutes. Surprising when you expect a difficult situation on the weekend.Some suggestions based on my experience:Always book an appointment if your situation allows. They are stretched out over a month but it helps you save time on waiting.Arrive on time if you are traveling from far away, but they will let you in 5 mins before your appointment, not earlier.Have a print out of your appointment.Once you are in, the security guard you let you in after confirming your appointment gives you a number/token.After about 20 minutes, we reached a counter and were helped.Then we were done a few minutes later.I'm sure there are several people who have had difficult experiences as other reviews show, but just trying to help set your expectation that as long as you have your documents in order and appointment, then you're probably going to have a positive visit.

There are so many bad reviews here, my experience with the staff was great, they are doing their jobs. What ever the management says they are doing. I went at 7am walk in, got into the office at 8.10am and I was out by 9.40. The girl who did my application is Diksha and she was very helpful and she answered all my questions without any irritation. 80 cents for xerox and 30 $ for photo, their fee and courier charges extra.

**** Please go 1 hr before your appointment time , you still have to wait in queue even with an appointment ****I am disappointed, Visited on May 2023For passport , they redirect you at 60 Gillingham drive which is at 4th floor.For OCI , Office is 40 Gillingham driveDon’t forget to get your token at entrance, wait for security guy if he/she is on breakYou might find 7-8 people in line before you even with an appointment so plan accordingly.There are 4 desks to accept your passport application.They found problem in online application form and might ask you to come again with new application, Other option is they will fill it out for you but at cost of extra 30$ and another 10 min wait . - 3 out of 5 people has mistake in online application formFor passport 2 photos - 30$Staff is very polite and do great job but I suggest BLS should fix online book an appointment system to reduce in line wait. If one person book with 4 person application form , next time slot should be 30 mins after

Great Experience!Lined up outside the office at 6:30 am, there were 5 people before me. If you need a passport, I would recommend going in early to line up as by 8:30 am when the office opened, the line up was more than 100 people. also if you are lining up early, bring a chair, dress warm.Once I got in at 8:30 am, i was out in 15 mins. Express services are quicker.Kudos to the staff for doing their bit to ensure we're able to get our passports in time.

The office is busy. I got here by 7:15 am, there were 20 people in front of me in line. There are around 10 representatives helping walk-ins and appointments so the line moved at a good pace. I was in at 8:30am and Diksha was kind and considerate in helping me make sure my application was correct. She went above and beyond. It's this level of customer service and understanding that people appreciate and I just wanted to say thank you to her once again.

Had a wonderful and peaceful experience. Friendly staffs and quick turnaround time. I went by 9 in the morning and came out within 30 mins even though the place was crowded. Officers took time and explained details for our services. Highly recommend this center.
