Leanne Murdock is a phenomenal and exceptional hairdresser! She is creative, unique and has that wonderful perception of what you need and makes it happen! She is a true artistic genius!! I better not say more because she is already so busy and very difficult to get in to see considering all the clients who I have referred to her that love her as much as I do! From red head to brunettes, she has always made me feel like a brand new woman! So lucky to have her as my hairdresser!!

Liv is a miracle worker! I’ve been going to her salon for a year now, and always welcomed with a smile. She knows what I want and has always delivered. I couldn’t ask for a better stylist! Highly recommend a visit

Leanne does my family's hair .. I highly recommend her. She is sweet and very good at what she does! Love the feel of the place. Very cozy. They have water and treats for people waiting. Everyone I have met there is very friendly.

I came home for the holidays and the day before I left I wanted a ombre look. The color washer out very orange . The color I got put on is a semi Permanent. So I can be lifted easy. I was recommended to go the (liv). I told her what I needed was a shampoo cocktail . To get the color out. Also showed her pictures of my old hair being white blonde so you cant bleach over it. She told me not to worry and only uses olapex. The whole time she had me turned away from the mirror. Something didn’t feel right but I trusted maybe there was a better way. Once she was done. She rushed me away from the mirror so she could take a picture to show me how good it look. I never got a good look at my hair till I got into the car. It was awful and fried. I had to go pick up my daughter so I left. I got home and looked at it some more. I cried for 2 days because there is nothing left and going to take me forever to grow it back out. I messaged her and she would not take responsibility. Just that she shocked that I was upset and no one notice till later. That it looked great. After arguing with her she finally said she would give me some olaplex treatments. The part the bothers me the most is she didn’t own up to frying my hair. So anyone who I thinking about going blonde or getting a color correction stay far far far away from her. You won’t have anything left.

Fair warning to anyone considering letting Liv from Lavish touch your hair.....I told her I wanted the root to be super blended and soft. Ashy/neutral, and super soft barely there shadow root for a better grow out. Blonde when I pull it back. She said no problem I’ll take a lot of blonde almost right to your root. I told her I wanted to use Olaplex. (I use number 3 at home and have never done a bleach out without it)I want to note that I know what the Olaplex bottle looks like and I never saw her add it to her 30 vol bleach mix. She foils my hair and keeps me turned from any mirrors the entire time. As I’m processing she’s chatting and on her phone and I’m worried that my hair is over processing as it seemed like a long wait compared to normal. She rinses, tones at the shampoo bowl, and brings me back but still has me facing away until almost the end of the haircut. she tells me it looks super blended. My friend showed back up before she was finished and when she first saw me I could tell something wasn’t right from the look on her face. When she’s done blow drying, she straightens it with her straightener she said she’s had since high school at what must have been 450 degrees. (Scary for bleached hair) I look and my hair looks extremely strange and I see some short broken bits, but I feel to awkward to say anything and analyze it right there so I get her cell # and pay and leave. I did tip her too.I get home and start trying to make my hair look how I’d normally style it. It feels limp and flat and the colour is way off. Most of my head looked completely untouched with foils and you could still see the massive dark root line across my entire head. Still brown when I put it up. So I text her photos and say it’s very uneven. She says she will fix it. I ask her when and she goes silent for 2 days. I text her again and she says she thought she replied to me. I say it’s fine and eventually she gets back and books a time. I almost chickened out and paid someone else to fix it because I was afraid of her ruining it more. When I went back she says she can for sure see some places that need blending (like it wasn’t obvious before). I said I noticed a lot of breakage too and she just looked at me with a surprised face. I ask if we can go gentler with the bleach and she says she uses 30 vol for everything and it’s not the problem. She also says to fix it won’t take many foils (concerning because it was no where near blended). I ask her after watching her mix my bleach if she used Olaplex last time and she says she wouldn’t do a bleach process without it... but I once again never saw Olaplex anywhere. She starts foiling and when she gets to the front of my head another customer comes in and says she bumped into her truck. She leaves and then comes back, slaps 2 more foils at the front and says that’s good.I tell her I would like to try and cancel out some of the weird warm brown tones she put in the top because the tone definitely isn’t right. She says she will do it at the shampoo bowl.FF- And she’s blow dried me and pulls out that straightener again at 450 and I stop her and say I don’t want to damage my hair any further with that much heat. She looks at me sideways and says well do you want me to curl it? I can’t adjust the heat on this. So I agree, despite knowing curl hides a lot of imperfections in hair. When it’s done it looks a tiny bit more even from the top and she fluffs my hair up just right and shows me a photo of the back looking better. She tells me this probably could have been done in 2 paid sessions. I note the root colour and she says she picked too light of a colour again.I get home and start looking at it and the breakage is way worse. All up my head, near the front it now looks like I have terrible janky bangs. (asked for blunt cut) And still there is roots showing in all the under layers. My hair looked way better before I saw her. I text her again and show her a photo and say it’s still not even and blended everywhere. she ignores me.BEWARE - my hair has never been so terrible
