I went for an interview and they made me wait about an hour - following the interview never heard back from them. Whether it’s positive or negative I believe an employer should always get back to a candidate regardless of how busy they are… other than that sure the store design and furniture look good.

I wish i could give 0 star, i order a sofa ,tv table , 6 chairs and bed ...since march 2022After 3 months and receving my orders,I had to change them towctimes and pay mre cause their products were either dirty or damged !They don't even apologize for their poor services and all these delays.One word to describe my shopping experience with them Nightmare!!!Must, your customer service department is a JOKE! Don’t ask me to email you, if you won’t bother responding. You simply don’t care.I will never buy from this store again.If you are planning to buy, be sure to prioritize other stores.Just their sellers and their manager ,Deirek, and delivery staff were super good and helpful.

The MUST store at Laval is definitely a MUST to shop at. The service alone is worth it, look for Derrick the store manager, a gem both in terms of service, knowledge and accomodation. At every unexpected turn, Derrick (or someone else at the store), was always willing to bend back forward to help us out.I will 100% go there next time and I highly suggest you do the same. The extra buck is more than worth the hassle free deal you get.

We ordered a lot of furniture pieces for our new place from this store. The delivery of the items has been a nightmare. They sent us the WRONG dining table TWICE! I have never seen this level of carelessness. When I first ordered the dining table, I was told it was available and that it would be delivered in three weeks. It’s been over a month and we have still not received the table we ordered. There are still other furniture pieces that are missing, one of which we were told would be delivered soon with the dining table. Not only they delivered the wrong dining table twice but they also did not bring our coffee table. They don’t ever inform us ahead of time if something wouldn’t be shipped because it’s not available. We always find out when delivery is made with missing pieces. And when you try to call the store they do not answer, it goes straight to the voicemail or if they do answer by mistake they would leave you on hold. Very disappointed. Shop at your own risk here.

Worst online experience. Never received a copy of my invoice, took them months to deliver, and I didn't receive some of the items I paid for. Trying to get a refund for $300 worth items they never delivered but no response from customer service.

One of my favorite furniture stores. Very tasteful and stylish designs, and excellent quality for the price. I just wish more items were in stock, as delivery can take up to 9 months.

I went to Must on a whim, looking for a sofa bed, because I liked the style of the furniture in the showroom (we were at the fantastic bakery next door). We got great service from the salesman, no pressure, very relaxed and informative.We found a nice model, and had it delivered 2 weeks later.Unlike other reviewers, we had absolutely no issue with the delivery, Steve and Miguel were really friendly and efficient and the sofa bed is now setup in its spot looking absolutely great.

I really want to give Must 5 stars but I just can’t. I’ll start with the good. Must has a phenomenal selection of furniture. I really love browsing their store and seeing all the amazing pieces. Their customer service team is usually available to fix any issues at hand and are rather accommodating. For those saying they couldn’t get in touch with anyone, I would strongly advise going in-store. The team there are usually readily available to help you with any issues.As an aside, I don’t know what they’re paying Derick, but they should double it. Seriously, double it. The man is a customer service god. The amount of complaints he probably has to deal with for things that are outside of his control really is staggering. Nevertheless he is always accommodating and ready to help with a smile. Derick, thank you for being proactive, empathetic and helpful. I really do appreciate your efforts.Now the bad, like many I had a horrible experience with the delivery and receiving damaged items. I placed my order in January for beginning of June and despite the long lead time, I still was missing items come June. They also had to reschedule my delivery because they had no record of it in the system, despite having confirmed the delivery in store twice. Some items were delivered in used condition, despite paying for new items. They were subsequently discontinued and I had to buy a more expensive item to replace it. I also received other items that were damaged, although Must did change those without too much hassle. I can’t comment on the installation as I decided to put everything together myself. I didn’t have too much faith in most of the delivery teams and didn’t want to end up with damaged items after it took me so long to receive ones in good condition.I finally received my entire order and I must say I am extremely happy with the furniture. It was well worth all the issues along the way. However, at the prices you pay, you don’t expect to have to deal with such issues. It’s a shame because I really do like the store. I would still recommend Must for their product selection and customer service, however keep in mind it might be a while before you receive your total order.Derick, you’re the man, thanks again.

Great store with so many options. Prices can be sometimes prohibitive however the selection is wide I'm very interesting.
