Unfortunately, my family had to deal with....Mindy, from our experience, specially in a delicate time caused everything to be much worse. what is hard to comprehend at the time of a loss is death is a business, and unfortunately, Mindy along with Pardes Chaim explain that to people all to well. you're buying real-estate here and its about 6000$ dollars for a plot, you have options people its a hard thing to do but defiantly look at other places. She was extremely rude i wouldn't be surprised if people removed loved ones from this place and relocated them

I usually visit the cemetery twice a month. In summer, my mother’s monument and other monuments are covered with mowed grass. After mowing grass, cemetery workers must sweep away cut grass from the monuments. Every year the flowers are planted later and later. Years ago they were planted in May, then in late May, and last year in the tenth of June. In September, after the first frosts, the flowers begin to wither, and in the autumn in the flower beds there is just rot, which is not removed until next June. I myself am already over seventy, and I have to remove all this rot. Those who speak well of the workers of this cemetery just rarely come and therefore do not notice all this disgrace.

I cannot begin to thank Mindi enough for all of her help during this difficult time of loss. She was extremely helpful, patient and very understanding. Thank you

There was no map showing locations of the different organizations plots. We had to drive around and around to find where we needed to be. Other than that it was a typical cemetery.

Hello, all i want to say is that Pardes Chaim Cemetery, Should expand their hours. Closing at 4pm is a horrible time for closing time. Family is getting out of school, at that time as well with adults working. Its disgraceful having to rush there every time you want to visit a loved one. Please acknowledge and be aware of what I said and do something about this right away!! Thank you.

Very unfortunate that it is not open for people to go and visit on saturdays. It states online that they are open on Saturday but they are closed on all saturdays.

Signage + lot numbers nonexistant - takes up to an hour to find the needed grave EVERY TIME. No wheelchair access to graves. Makes it hell for ANY visitors, let alone wheelchair-bound to get to a desired lot days after nasty weather of any kind - mud and dirt everywhere. On top of everything the African-Canadian gatekeeper doesn't seem to have any kind of a clock to check the time, so he probably uses a sundial, for he locks the cemetery gate at what he considers 3:45pm, although actual time varies: could be any time between 3:15 and 3:35pm.One of the worst cemeteries I've been.

I know the cemetery is pretty new, i hope, and I think it will get better, but I have few recommendations to make the cemetery better.1. Extend the visiting of the graves hours. The cemetery is closed on Saturdays, which understandable, the only day many can visit is on Sundays only, since people work during the week.Extend all the hours beyond 4:45 p.m. during the week, to say 7 p.m., at least for the summer, so people can make it after work. As the way it stands, the hours are so limited, it prevents people visiting their loved ones graves.2. It would be nice to have more trees planted in the cemetery, especially along the main streets. Main street has trees missing on one one side of the street, some are dead, just before the second rotunda. One day the trees will grow up, not only will they make the cemetery look nicer, people will also be able to use them as a shield from sun in the summer. Please plant more trees.Thank you

I've read many reviews in regards to the lack of availability (early closing time). How can the hours be extended? I realize it is a private cemetery but shouldn't people be able to visit their loved one in more than a 5 hours period during the day???
