Phenomenal service. Anwar Tajdeen took the time to provide background information so that I better understood the situation. He informed me of my options if I wanted to upgrade. No pressure. He then came to my home to change the filter in my mobile air purifier. I had a time constraint and he squeezed me in on his way to another client. What a pleasure!!
