Rude customer service...I have been calling since 6pm on April 20, 2021, when someone picked up, a lady, she said I am sorry then put me on hold...Second time she answered my call put me on hold again, and again for the third time... I was trying to explain to her that my request was made last week, she insisted on doing something else then put me on hold. She was actually buying time, trying to ignore my complaint and was just waiting for 830pm, when the pharmacy closes.She should be reprimanded or at least not allowed to take any more customer calls. She is ruining the good Costco pharmacy reputation. She is a disgrace and disservice to the Costco company.

This is the worst costco pharmacy. Today, I went to pick up a prescription that was faxed in 3 days ago. The fax was still sitting in their to do pile. When I asked them to rush it they said that there are a lot of ppl in front of me. Not acceptable as this prescription should have been filled days ago. Other costco locations, prescriptions are filled within 24 hrs. And this isn't even a busy location unlike Billy Bishop. Another incident that I previously had was when the pharmacist couldn't give me an alternative for toddler tylenol. So I looked at the kid tylenol, did the math and determined how much of the kid tylenol I should give my toddler. This is basic math. Another incident I had was I was looking for sinus medication that did not have advil in it. The pharmacist was only looking for tylenol sinus and said they didn't have it. So, me, being brighter than the pharmacist, picked up the box of kirkland sinus medication and read the back and saw that it contained acetaminophen. Any pharmacist who doesn't know that tylenol is just acetaminophen should not be a pharmacist. 3 strikes and they're out. Never again at this location.

This location seems extremely understaffed. As the result they are long lines to drop off prescriptions and to pick up prescriptions. Contributing to the delays are other Costco customers tending to butt in line to ask simple questions to the workers like where they can find XXX. The staff seem professional, but you can see the stress they are experiencing as evidenced by seeming a bit short with customers.I do agree with other raters that the process to get rapid antigen tests done is very disorganized.

Your new pharmacy tech “Anne” is horrendous. 0 customer service skills, rude, and impatient. When provided name, she insisted on phone number, although I do not have a phone # associated to the account. When asked why the prescription is still being filled as a name brand (when I was only on that due to country wide shortage), she rudely shot back with “if we’re out, we can order more”. Clearly exemplifying that she has no knowledge about medication shortages. Moreover, when asked if they applied the discount due to the shortage (as it’s not my fault they are out of the medication, she said “I think you got a pretty good deal”, what kind of response is that? I’m a student on low income. It was disrespectful, unkind, and thoughtless). Additionally, I wanted to purchase q-tips, but said she can’t sell anything other than medications (which is blatant lie), she just didn’t want to (I should also note I was purchasing medication at the same time). Her behaviour, tone, and lack of professionalism is unacceptable.

AVOID!!! The worst retail experiences I’ve ever had - twice! I came to this pharmacy twice, once for a rapid antigen test and the second for a booster.Both times even though I was pre-scheduled I had to wait at least 30 minutes - the second time almost an hour before leaving. You get bounced around from window to window - and generally they don’t care that you have an appointment.Be prepared to wait and get met with indifference or even hostility when you come here. I ended up leaving for my booster the second time because after waiting 40 minutes after my prescheduled appointment, the 2 people responsible ended up letting people in that literally just got there and not even saying a word to me. For some reason the nurse kept glaring at me as I just sat in the waiting area letting everyone else in that I ended up just leaving.100% cancelling my Costco membership after this experience. Worst experiences I’ve had with any retailer and it wasn’t just a one-off.

I had a terrible experience at the Costco pharmacy. My medication is on shortage and I was calling around local pharmacies to see if he had any in stock. Costco claim that they did have it in stock and they didn’t need to order it from the supplier. However, this turned into three days of back-and-forth of them telling me they can’t order it it’s not available to telling me it is available. Meanwhile, I’ve been suffering with my symptoms with not being able to get my medication. I complained to the pharmacist, but she was not empathetic. She said she can’t control supply issues, but my issue isn’t the supply chain. It was the fact that I was told her store had it in stock on the shelf. Every time you call this location they put you on hold or they hang up on you. You have to call an average of five times to get somebody to answer the phone. I would not recommend this Pharmacy.I understand how frustrating it is working in a fast paced environment that is short staffed but it’s management’s responsibility to solve those resourcing issues. I’m sure Costco Pharmacy racks in enough money they could afford to hire another pharmacist or two. The communication from staff here is in dire need of improvement.

I’ve called 3 times today and all 3 times you can tell someone just hangs up the phoneThis is the 4th time I have to call to see if my prescription is readyEven though they say you get a messageYou don’t when you mention itThey have more excuses why it didn’tThis will be the last time ti get prescriptions from hereI would strongly advise that you choose another pharmacy to fill your prescriptionObviously the pharmacy is not managed properly the pharmacist or cares

I have used this pharmacy for years and always receive excellent service.The staff are knowledgeable and friendly.Today Aisha noticed I had made an error when ordering three of my prescriptions and very patiently and professionally corrected my error while I waited.Totally top notch.Thank you
