Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Absolutely the worst of the worst Sherwin William's paint stores. I had to give this store a 1 star rating to post my review but 1 star is too much . I truly rate this store at a Sub Par rating. Poorly managed. They tried to match a paint color that was in the old General Paint Breeze line. First the manager used profanity to express how she hated Breeze Paint. She told me it's garbage. I'm glad my customer I was working for wasn't with me to hear her talk about the paint they painted their home with in the past as being garbage. Then their attempt at Matching the paint color was shades darker than the old paint. The manager proceeds to tell me with a very rude tone it was a perfect match and walks away . I told her it was too dark and she told me it was perfect and I had to purchase it. I told her to keep it and started to walk out, When she told me to have a wonderful life. I have been a Contractor for over 35 years and I deal with many suppliers of building and construction materials and I must say Sherwin William's has been the worst I have ever dealt with. I will not be back. I'm closing my account for good. Have a wonderful life Sherwin William's.NOT RECOMMENDED, ESPECIALLY FOR CONTRACTORS.

The staff are very friendly, helpful, and the selection of items is great. Prices for painting accessories and tools are fair/competitive with big box stores as well. We purchased a few buckets of a deep colour paint and were very impressed by its coverage and spreadability; the walls look great!

Terrible customer service. I went in to get a container of paint. Had the name, colour combo, etc but from a different company. I’ve done this at two other store in town before and they whipped up a batch of paint no problem. The lady just said nope can’t help you and that was that, she didn’t even offer and suggestions. I suggest getting your paint elsewhere.

Great experienced staff. Need a color mix to match existing and they nailed it 100%.

The individual that helped me was incredible! She was most patient and knowledgeable and she really listened to me. There was also another individual who came in on her day off and she was most curtious, even though...she was there on her own time. Also, I am so happy about the large size paint samples that can be purchased . Your staff and those sample allowed me to better make some great decisions.

My family and I have been going here for years. Over the last month the service has been horrific. Every time I go in there they argue with me that a policy has changed which would be fine until the staff decides to decline your discounts that you get through direct buy. Furthermore there is never consistent education, each time I go in there they tell me a different roller for the same project from the same staff member.

Very knowledgeable staff and friendly. Even with a big line when I showed up they were calm and courteous to the issues I had with my paint

The gentleman who helped us out (I think his name was Manzoor but not too sure) was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient while we picked our colours and primer. The 40% off sale was crazy value and lined up perfectly with our renovation project. Would shop here again
