Jim (James) was an amazing help! He went above and beyond to help us do the inspection of our home, especially because we weren't able to be there in-person. He was thorough and took the time to explain every little thing we didn't know or were concerned about. I had no doubts that he had our best interests in mind from the get go. It was our first time purchasing a home and we feel so much better having worked with Jim. If we ever need another inspection, we will be reaching to him without a second thought. Thanks Jim!

Jim was amazing to work with from start to finish; from requesting a quote, the actual home inspection, the final report, to answering all my questions even afterwards! He was professional, funny and explained what he would be doing so even an overwhelmed first time homebuyer like me understood what I was getting into. Service provided was absolutely exceptional! Prior to the inspection James was very thorough in his explanation of the process and remained transparent throughout. His report was very informative, well detailed & very easy to understand. Even after the report was sent he made himself available for any questions and concerns with items reported and offered additional advice. This home was our first major purchase and his reporting made us feel confident in our decision. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a professional and honest home inspector!

Jim is absolutely incredible!!!! As a first time home buyer, working with someone that is so fluent in explaining what it is we are looking at. I recently had my washing machine break down and called Jim to ask for advice. I was swept away when he not only helped me out and gave his recommendations day of, he also called back to check up and offered to drop by to take a look. You could not find someone better to work with when it comes to your home inspection. Such a genuinely helpful and caring person.

We first worked with James (Jim) for our first ever home inspection a few weeks ago. Jim did a great job with the inspection and took extra time to help answer all our questions. Today Jim went above and beyond. While he was on his day off with his daughter, I gave him a call with a concern about our furnace. Jim was at my place to look things over within an hour despite his day off. I was so thankful for him stopping by and addressing our concerns. As a first time home owner, I know I can keep Jim on my speed dial for any questions and he will help us out. I truly appreciate him and his work.

Jim (James) was very friendly during our interaction for home inspection. He was patient in explaining even the tiniest details which we were unable to see with a naked eye. He also proposed solutions to the problems encountered. As a first time home buyer we had a lot of questions which he answered in a simple manner. Jim was extremely helpful in walking us through the inspection. As first time home buyers, we were very nervous, but Jim went above and beyond in explaining what to look for in our new house. We appreciated him reviewing his findings with us and answering all the numerous questions we had. The final report we received from him was extremely thorough and arrived the same day!
