First Choice Haircutters

Hairdresser is a butcher! Absolute worst haircut I have ever had. Can't believe they have someone like that working there. Cut my bang too short and uneven, sides also uneven, argued with me when I complained. I got up and left before she finished. But of course, I was charged for the haircut. Had to go to another salon to try and get my hair fixed.

This is the worst haircut (male) l have ever had and was grossly over-priced. $7 to have my hair washed. Total was over $30 with tip at a low end, C-list haircutter.I asked to have my hair trimmed just above my ears, just a trim & tidy up. What l received was electric trimmer over 1 ear and hair still hanging over other ear. Bad, negligent work.Haircutter was pleasant & chatty but kept me waiting before l was called while she babbled with the staff next to her.This was 2 visits in 1 - first & last.

I had hair cut here, she cut my hair less than 5 minutes. I asked for fade but it was not good at all. And she was spraying her stuff after using it, I felt like i was so dirty that was so rude to do that. She could clean it before using them for next customer. It was expensive for 5 minutes hair cut i paid $23 plus tip.

Went in for a haircut, and I began to lose confidence in the hairdresser as she was cutting my hair. She kept forgetting spots to trim on my head and she kept saying Very neat and tidy" over and over again as if she hadn't had anything better to say. She kept flattening my hair down when I told her not to. I asked her to show me the back of my head with the mirror and she couldn't even do that properly. After she finished the cut to the best of her abilities

I just have to warn people…. I went there for a basic hair cut: #4 razor on the sides then just a trim. I got the worst haircut of my life. My wife couldn’t believe it. And the problem is: how do you say stop when they’ve started cutting one side? Anyway the cut ends up 30$ if you tip 15% and trust me your better to spend more in a quality shop. I could not believe how bad the hairdresser was. Now I have to grow it out and go get it fixed. Never ever will I go here again. I’ve always accepted that sometimes you get an average cut in these places, sometimes a great one. But after this you couldn’t pay me to go back.

Short wait, staff is friendly and hair cut was what I asked for. Always ask for the shampoo, worth the time and staff does a wonderful job.

Well today I arrived at that store at exactly 6:47 pm March 1 2023 to be turned away after being told by that lady that looked like she can’t wait to get the hell out of there… her coworker should verify this.. I’m like but you close at 7.. but I already cleaned up.. she didn’t know what to say.. I’m a guy in my mid fifties not much hair left takes an average 2-3 minutes to do and that if you take your time.. such awful service! In hindsight I wouldn’t want her to touch me.I live in Bath was 20 minute drive.. I hope her supervisor gets a hold of this and have a talk with her… Horrible experience!!!

Went in for a haircut. The hairstylist messed up the whole fades and was so busy to get me out. I pointed out the fades problem and she kept saying its because my hair is black. I said i have done fades before. So its not my hair.She keeps saying its my hair and not even accepting her mistake. If anybody looking need good fades and stylish haircuts, its good for you to find another place in Kingston. The worst that i have ever been to. Will never come back:(

I visited the salon on Gardiners road in Kingston. I just wanted a hair cut as my hair was plenty long enough for donation to wigs for kids with cancer. I informed my stylist of my plans. She divided my hair into small ponytails to maximize the length of donation hair (I supplied multiple small elastics for this purpose). She didn't need to ask for direction or specifications. She was very knowledgeable. She took the time to braid each ponytail so that it would remain intact and tidy until it reached it final destination. She was very pleasant and I enjoyed our time together. After yrs of growing my hair I was a smidge anxious about cutting it, but she made me feel at ease and I know that I made the correct choice of salon. I have gone to this salon in the past and I am never disappointed. When I am ready for another style, or I decide to donate my hair again, I will return to this salon. These stylists know what they are doing and are very pleasant to deal with.

Had an amazing experience with Casey! We took our 5-year old for a haircut and she built such an excellent connection with him that we didn’t even have to interfere (which has never happened before).
