Multiple issues with this place! Order a big crunch a few weeks ago and when I got the sandwich and sat down...it was half the size as normal. Was 100% a zinger patty. Took it back up and made them make me a new one. Second one was proper. Went there 2 weeks ago and order a boneless box with poutine and side gravy for dip...gravy was watered down so much that it was like soup and had no flavor. Called up and employee said they would put my name in the book for a meal replacement. Went back up a week later to have the manager tell me no. They would replace the gravy only! I called the company that runs this place FMI...its now been just under 2 weeks and still no call back from the area or regional manager...kfc should be shut down if they can't offer any customer service. Take a look at all the complaints on here and see how many have been responded to...worst customer service ever!

Ridiculously expensive, extremely long wait for one simple meal. Some of the workers in the back were wearing Sandals (no socks), no beard nets or uniforms, all of which is against food safety. I would recommend driving to Sydney if you want to eat a safe KFC meal, it'll probably be quicker anyway.

Great food, awesome chicken, well done, they need to put utensils in the bag with people's order I was there yesterday got 2 three piece meals and there was no fork or knifes 2 napkins had to wash my hands outside of the car with a bottle of water, other then that great place to eat , fully recommend it

This location has its pro's and cons. The app when it works offers great deals. However lately the timeliness for picking up orders never seem to be accurate. Could be the software not to sure. Rarely does the app give the proper readiness time.

Chicken pieces getting smaller when extra crispy chicken available ask for all white pay for all white get thighs every time never buying again support your local fried chicken restaurant

It's OK. Prices are high. Chicken is pretty greasy, and pieces are getting a lot smaller. Staff are there, but it seems like they don't want to be.

Went to get chicken at 9:30 and they don’t sell chicken at that time because they are closing at 10.

Placed an order at 3:53 online to be delivered .. delivery time was suppose to be 5:08 .. at 5:25 I called because my food had still not arrived. Food arrived at 5:45 .. also ordered a large gravy and received a small! With such a long wait for delivery, there shouldn't have been a $7 fee for delivery.I seem to have an issue everytime I order from KFC New Waterford. There won't be a next time
