As Britney Bourke's mother I get an inside look at how much time, effort and passion she puts into each and each and every class and training session. She truly wants to help everyone in their goals to Fitness. She brings so much energy and Life to her work it's very contagious. She makes working out informative and so much fun. The results are truly amazing. She works with you around any injuries or surgeries or ailments that you may have to make your workout the most effective and productive it can be. Through Buddhi-Fit, I have done personal training, group yoga and also subscribed to the on-line classes which I do while away from home - Britney of Buddhi-Fit is my hero! Coming back from an injury which resulted in a sedentary few months, her personal training allowed me to get full range of motion back and in the process, I lost a few inches! She is both knowledgeable and passionate and her classes are fun and challenging. Highly recommend!

Buddhi-Fit has something for everyone that is looking for motivation and diversity in their home workouts today! Britney offers online classes in weight training, yoga, and kick boxing to name but a few. My present personal favourite is her resistance band training that targets the glutes, as I work on stabilizing my hips from an old injury. Brit you ROCK!!

Britt is very knowledgeable, motivating and inspirational! Her practice is holistic, encompassing your body, mind, nutrition, and more. She guides you to make better decisions inside and outside of the gym without shame or expectations of perfection. Her down to earth personality made me feel safe to be open about my personal situation and goals and I am very happy with the results!

Britney is amazing, a true angel in disguise. For years I have suffered with chronic back pain and in 1 massage she was able to identify where all the pain stems from and is linked too. And gave me a whole bunch of stretches and workouts to do. With follow up massages, now 3 sessions in, pain has reduced incredibly, can already feel mobility and flexibility coming back.Incredibly knowledgeable, incredibly calm, patient and passionate. Would highly recommend to anyone. Cannot thank her enough for what she's done for me
