We had very high Radon readings in our house, which required Radon mitigation. Cody and his Team were excellent throughout the process , extremely knowledgeable in the field , very polite and explained to us the entire process as the work was being done. The work was done on time and at the estimated price. Our family cannot recommand Cody and his Team enough.

Cody installed a complete radon mitigation system in our house. We were extremely happy with his professionalism and quality of work. We are very happy with the service we received from Cody Wright of Synergy Homes. We met with Cody to do an initial walk through of our home and discuss our radon mitigation options. He was very knowledgeable, professional and patient in explaining the radon mitigation process to us and also very personable. The radon mitigation took 3 days and Cody did an extremely thorough job and was able to get our radon numbers to below 100 Bq/m3. We saw first hand that radon mitigation is a very messy and back breaking job along with Cody having to be very detailed in figuring out the best case scenario to get the lowest radon numbers. Cody treated our home like it was his own and left it as clean as when he arrived. We would not hesitate to recommend Cody. A+ for service.

His communication about changes to timing or process is consistent and clear. Would recommend to anyone getting radon mitigation, he even pointed out some concerns he saw as home inspector so I could them corrected.

Recently I had a Radon Mitigation System installed by Cody and his excellent team. Prior to the installation Cody performed a thorough analysis of our home, described in detail where and what work would be necessary to install the system, and answered all of my questions. Cody then provided a detailed cost estimate breaking down all necessary work and inclusions. While Cody and team were carrying out the installation, some changes in design and work became necessary and Cody walked me through the changes, impacts on cost etc.Cody was very professional and knowledgeable.
