The absolute worst service I have ever experienced!! Unbelievable how disrespectful the lady was. I have now cancelled 6 phones with Rogers and refuse to ever give them business again. It’s embarrassing!!!

Didn't want to help, tried to get me out of the door as quick as possible when I was trying to upgrade my phone. I ended up just going to the city and was helped with excellent service. Avoid this place and just go to the city.

Heather is amazing! Literally only go to see her when I need to deal with anything related to my Rogers. She has great knowledge on all the phones and accessories. Aswell she will always go above and beyond for you to get you the best deal she can. 100% recommend to go in and see her and her team for all your wireless needs.

Great service! They had the device I wanted, matched a deal from online which meant they had to call in to customer service, and even worked to get me a better deal! The posted hours are not always accurate due to staffing, so consider calling first of you plan to visit within 2 hours of closing.

Wife and I went in to check out new phones.Ken the Manager spent alot of time with us and explained best options for what we required.Ken found the best plans for us and set us up.We were finished about three minutes before closing but never felt rushed or unwelcome.I have avoided Rogers for over 30 years but am very glad we have them a try.Thank you Ken unbelievable service !!!!!Keep up the great work
