Shannon Jackson went above and beyond in helping us find our ideal apartment between different property sites. Her scheduling was very flexible, and she was extremely helpful throughout the application process. She was always a pleasure to deal with and responded promptly to any issues or questions we had. I would like to thank CLV Company for the great effort put into improving the building like such. The building has a comforting environment especially with a supertenant like Meryema. She was so welcoming when I first moved to the building, and she still is. She is the most wonderful supertenant i have ever had an experience with as well.

This is our first apartment search and was very, very lucky to find Shannon Jackson and 378 Vine Street,she has been so helpful with the whole process. We are looking forward to living there and being apart of this community. The apartment itself is just what we need at this time of our life, and to have Shannon’s help to make it so easy. If you are looking to rent I would recommend that you talk to this lady she will help you find what you want.

We have not yet moved into the apartment so we cannot talk about the building but Shannon has been very professional and helpful in getting everything organized and set up. We will be happy to review the apartment after we have moved in. Shannon has been available and responsive whenever we have had questions. We would recommend Shannon to others.

People are very loud and uneducated. I guess they been living here long time...these people will never stop fighting and making troubles. Seems like they can't speak without swearing ..even young kids also.
