It is my first time to use Kiehl's and I want to use products that targets my skin problems so I opted to visit the store instead of ordering online and I am glad I did. I am extremely satisfied with my very first visit and if and when the products I purchased works, I will certainly go back to the store. I appreciate how helpful Mercedes was and she was able to answer my questions. She was knowledgeable and that was a huge plus.

I tried several Khiel's products few years ago without real success. I recently discovered that they have a 'Dermatologist Solutions' collection made for very sensitive, like my dried and eczema prone, skin. Mina, took the time to explained the different products and gave me a bunch of samples to try at home, to see what suits me the most and if my skin support them well. I returned to the store few weeks later to buy some of the products I tried. I definitely recommend this store, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, don't hesitated to ask them for help!

i went with a friend and the staff is so helpful and nice. The manager (she was short and had medium length black hair) was always smiling it felt very welcoming. I Don't know her name but i remember she was short and had black shoulder length hair and wore an all black outfit. Anyways great experience overall.

It seemed like this girl was not happy that i came there, even tho I was her only customer.Before every time when buying something from Kiel’s they would give you little testers which would make your experience nice, but she didn’t give me any I had to ask her for tester.Also she didn’t know that expiry date is checked by the batch code, it’s not only 1 year when you open it.

I went to purchase this one product I had been using in the summer when my skin was oily, but now that the dry winter air had been abusing my skin the very nice Mina took the time to go over my whole routine and skin to find exactly what I needed. Lots of samples too to make sure I truly got to experience the products she felt I needed. Very satisfied with my experience, will return to see Mina for sure!

loving my new products but especially this store! i'm a newbie at skin care but Song-Ah was so helpful and attentive to my needs and wants. the staff were welcoming and clearly motivated to find the right products for me. a week later, i even got a check-in call to see if i was enjoying what i bought or if there were any issues!! i went back again to try another product, she remembered me and my skin-type, and i left with more samples !! defs going back again for more tips and to chat with Song-Ah lol !

Tonight on my walk on Saint Catherine Street West. I was delighted to have stumbled upon Kiehls.Immediately greeted by that of aviator wings that Kiehls has carefully handcrafted into their grand entrance - there’s no doubt that this brought me, and I imagine any aviation enthusiast joy by the sight.I was welcomed with smiles, and was captivated by their two seater club chairs, lit by a hand painted wall mural.There is so much more to Kiehls than their products, it’s literally like walking into an art gallery.I’ll for sure pop into visit next time I’m in town and do some shopping - Montreal is by far a fav Canadian city of mine to live/visit !!!
