WE just had a trailer hitch installed on our new Chrysler 300. Beattie charged us $532 labour for 4 hours labour, we supplied the hitch and hardware. I installed the same hitch on my 2011 300 [same frame] in one hour and i am not a mechanic. This was a total rip off, we will never return to Beattie for any thing.

Booked an appointment for a recall repair. After 5 business days they had not received the part. This would not have been problematic except they did not contact me to postpone the appointment. I waited 45 minutes after an hour and a half drive to be told they couldn't do the work and I would have to rebook.

The sales team at Beattie dodge is amazing. I dealt with Courtney, Chelsea and Joe. They were super helpful from day one. Worked their butts off to find a vehicle we wanted and needed and had it within a few weeks, some was luck but most was knowledge. We are super grateful for the amazing service we received when purchasing our new Jeep from Beattie. We went to multiple dealers who all gave us the same run around, so when Beattie delivered we were super grateful. Will 100% buy a vehicle from Beattie again.
